I'm happy I saved enough gems not to use money on the box. Even had enough gems to get the structure deck. Looking at Brad's gift box I had a lot more pages. Good luck next pack opening Brad!

This is why I reset the box a number of times to reset the initial rng and juju
That's actually kinda smart, I gotta start doing that, multi reset prior to pulling
I reset once I get 1 of the URs I want from a box. That way I have a chance to get a 2nd one while hunting for the 1st copies of the rest of the chase cards. It's generally more difficult to get a full 3 copies of every single necessary UR, but you usually spend less to get enough to be playable - even if not optimal.
This makes me so happy Master Duel lets you craft
Warning point was the best card in the box. Resets before getting it even though there was only 20 packs.
The free ur I got happened to be decode talker. After that just happened to get a few of the other cards I needed. Only thing I'm missing now is some salamangreat cards. Overall 4000 gems well spent

I want you to try this next time every time you pull an ultra rare card even when its your first pack just go ahead and reset all the packs because you have to remember those UR cards are .5% chance of getting so if you think of a whole box you basically pulled the only UR card in that box so just reset the box and pull again or just waist money like this and get copies of the same card you get
In 41 packs I got Apprentice, Dogaran, Gizmek Okami, Cynet myning, Coach king, Draco net and Coach captain bearman. No Eternal soul. I'm so sorry for you Brad.
This is first time i feel lucky once get Salamangreat & Decode UR on 10 free pulls, but the confirm UR is my 6th copies Apprentice Illusion Magician... But at least i spent gems then get prismatic Eternal Soul 😺

Being pushed to the near bottom of the box, RNG is a fickle mistress as they (maybe) say.
So, question, how likely, you think, would one be to need a third copy of Heatleo, Crosswipe or Draconnet? I could reset Box early, but I'd be forfeiting the third copies of these if I really didn't want to make a 3rd run of this box. If I can ignore these safely, I could potentially save a ton of my gems. I just don't know if there's any significant chance I might regret it later...
I'd appreciate if someone could offer me a bit of insight.
I'm not the greatest at deck building, but I think you'd be good missing out on heatleo at least. I'm not sure about the other 2 though. From reading Crosswipe's effect, you MIGHT not play 3, and the same with dracconnect, but... Haven't gotten either of those cards yet or started trying things with them, so I'm not positive you wouldn't ever play 3.
Just play 1 and use the skill that gives you another.
@@shadowspector3611 "Run 1 plus skill", then that's just another way of saying run 2 copies, yeah? I got the first Heatleo as my free UR pull, so even on an early reset, I can have two by the end. That's why the question is more if the third one matters at all.
But it's starting to look like a reset now is probably fine... It's just my relative unfamiliarity with many of these cards leaving me a touch antsy, which is why I ask, though I also know it's early and based on speculation.

This is why I play master duel most of the time. Duel links is too expensive for cards that get spread out for their financial benefit.

this is why I don't enjoy this game competitively. I play this very casually with my nephew. We don't spend any money on it, We buy structure decks and just use them to play against each other if he did very well in school. (Ie, passed every test that week with at least a 85% grade very difficult for him as he is LD)
This is why I always use my gems more on the mini boxes and the cheaper sales on old boxes ain't no way I am investing on this main box for vrains
I was able to get prisma eternal soul, heatleo and a few other SRs from the free 10 pull
I GOT PRISMA LEO AND 4 COPIES OF EVERY CARD IN BOX FOR 18K GEMS
I managed to get heatleo, mining, and circle among others in my first 40, so I reset it.
I had worse, I went into it wanting Cynet Mining and the 2 UR aces, I got 0 of them

My guaranteed ur was heatleo and I only had almost 3k gems the only thing I wanted was a second copy and guess what I didn’t get any salad card

i popped off so hard when i saw eternal soul in the box, dm is finally playable again
Man I feel bad watching this when I got all 3 copies of cynet mining in just 50 packs, the first from the garanteed ur, the second just 30 packs later, and then I reset the box and got the third in just 10 more packs, I even got security dragon in my first pack of the super mini selection box, I got luckier than I've ever been before and I feel terrible about it

You can play with 2 cynet mining, no need to get 3. Then in january, you could use dream ticket on it.
Cynet mining is worth only with 25+ lists, and anyway useless in many decks because requires cyberse. So useless in many upcoming LINK decks, so dont worry

Heh I only go to Duel Links to unlock characters, try new World and complete characters decks after that unistall and play Master Duel (which is more friendly) while playing other games since some players take a lot of time playing there

@@ValunarTonix your statement have no basis, I have done 9 full decks on Master Duel already some didn't liked them so sold the cards for crafting points and did a different deck just like that. Duel Links you can only do it through gacha which spends lots of gems and you don't get the cards you want. Master Duel is more friendly those aren't just facts it's the truth , I haven't even finished solo mode so I have that to get free gems as well.
In terms of being more friendly and more accessible
Master Duel > Duel Links > Cross Duel this aren't just facts it's the whole truth. Duel Links is on mobile and Steam but the Steam version is a weak mobile port , the card shop system sucks and the gacha is bad, Cross Duel gacha is even worst and the crafting system sucks but gameplay wise it's different. Master Duel it's friendly you get lots of gems from solo mode, Solo mode keeps getting more stories so more free gems, the gacha rates seem better as well and the crafting system helps a lot, building full decks it's possible and not expensive since I don't spend real money in online games at all. So yes Master Duel IS MORE FRIENDLY than Duel Links

Welp Konami's greed has reached the limit of my patience. Link Monsters ruined the main TCG with their OP BS and now they've brought it to where it doesn't belong, Speed Dueling. It was already bad enough dealing with Yosenju's and their hax, now the meta will be slowed down to a snail's pace as people go through their entire deck to set up a lockdowned board with like ten negates. Konami's whales will still buy entire boxes like the good little sheep you are but people will eventually leave the game to out of sheer frustration of not being able to play. No people to Duel = eventual boredom & departure of you whales as well. It's basically Konami shooting themselves in the foot.
I swear I’ve seen this exact same comment every time they released a new world. If people didn’t leave before when Xyz Omni negates dominated, they won’t for links. And it has been a while since I’ve seen anyone complain about Yosenju no one cares about them
Uh... Most of the anime Link Monsters were made for the Speed Duel format. All but maybe 3 or 4 duels in Yugioh Vrains Season 1 were Speed Duels - and Season 1 was before any of the characters decided to use any other summoning mechanics besides Link Monsters.
Also 10 negates are impossible in Duel Links, you have a max of 7 zones to put negates in (There are no Field Spells that negate so it doesn't count). And Duel Links has been a 3+ disruption format for years now. It's just been primarily a backrow focused meta and therefore the "triple set and set up" boards aren't super consistent anymore. From Zexal onwards, we've been in consistent formats where disruptions are usually 1 monster disruption + 1-2 backrow disruptions rather than 3 backrow disruptions and mayyyybe a monster disruption that's archetype specific. The power creep has been fairly natural - with this being the first *major* jump in awhile. And even then, all of the good cards in this box are generically good. They are cards that benefit all or a large majority of decks (save for Salamangreat Circle and the 2 Dark Magician cards).
This why i left duel link. At least MD i can just scrap all stuff i dont want.
