You're very welcome! I'm still using this thing on most of my rides.

Would a DJI Mini 4 Pro + remote fit well in it or would it sit too loose?

No that would work fine. It comes with a few dividers so you’re set.

Could you fit a jacket instead of the tripod holder? Or a jacket in the water bottle mesh pocket ? I'm a road cyclist, and looking for a solution for winter cycling, when I hit the climbs and want to take off my jacket. Also what about just going for a hike, would this still sit on the hips securely ?

You could fit a very small jacket into the water bottle holder. Nothing that would be winter weight. I also wouldn't use the attachment straps to secure a jacket. You'd want to also carabiner the jacket onto one of the straps so it couldn't fall out. This is oddly a very photography centric design that I can't picture working well for other uses.
The design really is intended to sit on your back while in the biking position. I have walked around with it a bit while off the bike but I wouldn't hike with it.

@@PagosaCreative thanks! Cycling jackets are usually designed to be packable and small as they are very form fitting.
I think that might be a deal breaker for me, if I can't make it dual purpose for hiking.
Your comment did help me make a decision, I ended up getting the camel back Mule 5.
