How much do the hours vary if you work in ECM OR DCM?

I think the hours may be similar but I'm not really sure :(

Is it stressful? And if so how do you deal with stress?

It definitely gets stressful from time to time! I mainly deal with the stress by listing out every item I need to do, prioritizing them, and just focusing on them one by one. I also like to play background music too and sing to it late at night haha. Maybe I can make a video on what other things I do to deal with stress later if that would be helpful.
