He always just flips a coin if he shoots. The AI doesn´t count the bullets like we humans do. So even if 2 live rounds are left and all blanks are ejected, he still may shoot himself since he does a coin flip essentially.
Hey poof, its been a while since I’ve played mario kart wii (i know this isn’t mario kart wii lol) but if I remember correctly, if you go to the mii menu and change beef boss’s size/height, it changes the kart selection for beef boss. He can potentially have the small karts and bikes or the bigger karts and bikes depending on the size/height you have him in the mii menu app on the wii

You if use one beer when there are 6 bullets and you use it at the start you are only helping your opponent. You want to save at least one Beer to let you end the round

Recognizing patterns where there aren't any, like a concerned Black Jack player when they see advantage players “disrupt” the nonexistent “flow of the cards.” Shooting himself when shooting the dealer is the only correct option. Missing opportunities to strip the dealer of a bonus round. Ironically, Poofesure would be a good drop-in replacement for the dealer here. Rigging the odds against himself like a true gambler, much like the dealer in the game.

Even if there are 2 live ones and 0 blank ones left, he won't realize that he will shoot himself. -if the dealer dosen't know, he randomly guesses to shoot himself. You can predict the AIs item use perfectly with a keen enough memory. That's how some people were able to do get 10+million on the dealer.
