About Naiad’s flaws, she is a really great hunter, however I still get kited to the ground often haha! If people just walk in the opposite way of the harpoon you sometimes end up with an empty puddle, she’s definitely tricky but her camp is super strong!
2 things, don't try to cover too large areas unless you can keep track of the survivor you're trying to trap. Try using patroller, it keeps survivors busy while you drown them, and if you get close to them after the 1st time they're bothered by patroller, you can just spin around them to get the humidity to 100% and double hit, also, patroller can turn a before-half rescue into an immediate-after-half rescue if you stall and scare the rescuer.
@@rick30521 thanks for the tips! I use patroller when there isn’t a proper rescuer and it almost guarantees a double down. But it often gets canceled by survivors who know how to use windows and pallets to cancel the stun in chase.
im keroppi (6:48) i recorded the entire game but i’m guessing from here i must have submitted the shortened version that only had my kite which i had saved to look & critique later LMFAO 😭 so sorry for that, if i had realized i would have resubmitted. we ended up losing though, after i died we got demolished in the endgame 💔
The psychologist in the 11th match made me wanna cry too,,, patient's cipher was pretty close to being primed as well so that could've been a 3-man end game,,,
Heyyy!! I’m the Aesop! Yeah, the Opera Singer was an A badge so her gameplay was questionable when I went up against her! To clarify somethings rest of the match was nothing special, just her teleporting to my duo ( The priestess ) and I was unsure if u wanted the rest of the clip since in the rules it said u wanted our side of the match only. We got a tie! The coffin at the end was a Misclick btw I didn’t mean to press on it :,) I knew that pallet stunning is what opera singer was weak against so I used that to my advantage And yeah ur right! I usually like to use coffin on first chair because it gives cipher rush more time and I don’t wanna risk my teammates stalling too long Ty for reviewing my clip :D You will most likely see my submission again but maybe with a hunter clip this time who knows
one thing that might throw you off with guessing is that in lower and mid-tier ranked, the hunter is rarely ever matched against their own tier (from what I noticed because of the lack of hunters) like the geisha in match 4, their survivors are definitely low griffin or mammoth, you don't see those techniques like constant skill checking and circling geisha in low tiers.
At the beginning of the purple peacock geisha match, when Prisoner was vaulting the window she tried to cut him off by going dashing through the wall, which was obvious. Little did she know, that you need to be at the correct distance from a THIN wall and click fast. Geisha is also a character that requires A LOT, of strange camera angles to perform certain dashes.
8:46 The stun portion of the bell is negated when the survivor is in the middle of vaulting a window/pallet or dropping a pallet. The callibration still happens however and painter failed it so thats why the inverted controls happened but the bell didnt seem like it worked. Hope that clears up the confusion there!
I love watching niche hunters with special controls like mad eyes and THE WILL BROTHERS. They make me want to play the characters until i do and get zero kills 💀i also liked seeing match 8 they play exactly like me and not godly proplay with insane dash control they make her seem more on the normal side than oppressive especially when she dashes in open areas instead of just attacking so her dash doesnt go on cooldown
waiting at the gate is mostly a good thing especially if u got a merc with full health since he can body block in case the survivor gets there but the hunter is nearby, or even if youre another survivor and you can help. as long as you leave if the teammate tells you to leave ofc
Ive heard from my friends that decoders spawn closer to the hunter so its easier to locate them !! might not be the case for rank since the more tiers you climb you can choose your own spawn location ^__^
Psychologist got siphoned (you can tell by the foggy things around her) at 1:05:43, so she was unable to rescue. She’s also unable to vault or pull pallets which is why she ran in the open OOF
I think part of why rank seemed lower/higher when based on the plays of the hunter/survivors in the person's match too may just be the way match making works. Low-mid tier hunters are more frequently matched with survivors of a higher tier. I know I got my first griffin's as a croc and frequently started having them from saber IV.

Shes an all in character and i play her as such and i mean it works im B badge with her and she is my pocket pick for whenever clerk gets banned because of her immense pressure

On match 5, 23:34 , when Seer used its owl on Perfumer, I think it was because they were trying to protect them from TS. Cause looking at Seer’s perspective, Perfumer got hit but didn’t rescue immediately. Thus made Seer thinking Perfumer needed assistance with rescuing. Looking at how close Geisha was to Perfumer, while Perfumer was rescuing. Seer thought Perf was about to be blinked into TS. Unfortunately, Seer did not know Geisha had Teleport instead of Blink. Either that, or Seer wanted to give Perf a double hit protection (one from owl on first hit, then perfume on the second hit.). However, if that was the case, the owl would’ve been better used on Prisoner. 😔 Everyone did their best though! Gg players!! 💖💖💖
Also, 15:34 on the other said of the map with the breaking walls, breaking the 2 walls on opposite sides of the one big wall near one of the dungeon spawn location, and the front gate. is really got cause you can loop for a while there. those 2 are fine but you can also break a couple more on different walls which could be helpful for people with knee jerk. Just saying. you can select which wall you can break but once that one's broken then you can't break any other peace of that wall. Here's a example. _ _ _ ^ I can select which wall to break, but once I break one of them off, I can't break off the others.

33:03 my guess is tinnitus + radar. tinnitus=naiad knew there was a survivor nearby, radar=you can see the tiny red blimp on the map in the top left when explorer moved into naiad. and then my guess is aim assist helped with the hit.
If the harpoon throws aren’t thoughtful the survivor just loop the central red church and you can’t get them since you can’t interact without harpoon 😅
At 1:05:45 the Psy is hit with Soul Ciphon, which you can see with the blue coming off of her, she wouldn't be able to save Cheerleader with the Ciphon affect on her.
So in this game rank is important too, but if you pay attention you get matched with people on a similar level, so if you are playing for the past 5 years and is level 120 you will match with people in the same level, other addicted people. So even though you are on cobra cuz you don't play rank anymore you will match with people on Griffith and gladiator on Qm and other high experience players.

When it comes to being able to see traits and stuff on replays, its a drop down menu you can pull out or close EDIT: ALSO for the Wu Chang match, Psych didn't rescue the Cheerleader because the soul siphon makes it to where she can't.

hey I'm the first jospeh! super close guess yeah, I've actually just recently started playing hunter so I barely have reached tier 4 before end of last season lol :)
don't recommend judging by the hunter, as a new player(1 month only, lv 16) i get at least 2 players from lv 40-90 ex unicorns for f's sake-_- had the worst losing streak even though i technically know how to use my hunter.
Fun Fact: You can call downed survivors with a Priestess long portal.
All I know is that she's trying to long portal to Weeping Clown for a reset.

geishas hitbox is the narrowest hitbox in the game while also being one of rhe shortest its so painful because you get tight kited so easily
