@@Calcited I wanted to make a cool elevator level where the water would go up or down, depending on where you were, but it was very complicated so I decided to scrap it and now my boss fight looks like yours :(
I was going to save showcasing the elevator until i made a boss guide but ill make a community post with a screenshot of how to elevator works when i go into v13 again since it seems a lot of people want to recreate it
Whenever I got to the end of Green Hill Zone Act 3, I’d always spam Eggman around 50 times and then continued to jump on them all the time until all of them died. Glad they’re a boss in the Maker now. They’d also help with the series I used to work on called Sonic Alpha (Name was made before Brainrot happened, with Alpha being short for Alphabet because each level would start with the letter in order, like Level one having A as the letter for example.)
The big thing stopping this from being a multi phase boss fight like i was trying to make is that the music awkwardly cuts out inbetween events, if you really wanted to try and do a multi stage fight as of now you'd probably have to dedicate a level slot for it and have it play the same music as the boss but that also means you can't use a second theme as a pinch mode so idk Character guide soon™ i'm going to have to test for v13 interactions as well probably Also i'm probably not going to be posting any v13 levels until a little after it drops into the public servers since i don't really use the test servers as i like having people play my levels and most people are usually in public servers and i don't have anyone to do private servers with so i never bothered actually making any levels in the test servers and while i could probably cook a level up i usually spend a month making a level so i don't want to just solely make it for a video.
if you don't adjust any of the offset values eggman usually appears at the middle of the boss event, if he's not where you want him in your level you'll have to adjust those values so he spawns where you want him too
@Calcited but when i adjust his X and Y properly where i need him to be at, the camera locking and the boss music of the boss event does happen, but eggman doesnt spawn in or well, appear if he is actually even there.
Hey its me again, the Bottom Bound actually worked and now it works. But, I also find it annoying how after the bottom bound the next boss in high up and I'm unable to reset it back to where the camera can go up to. Any chance to fix this?
There was a hotfix to the test servers a bit ago that i believe removed the boss event's roof once you defeat the boss, if eggman is still spawning too high up then you'll need to change the event's y axis offset so he spawns lower

One thing i like about the bosses update is the fact people are now realizing just how much of a BANGER the sonic 3d blast boss themes are.

never got far enough in 3D blast to hear the boss themes i wish i got far enough to hear them they're so good saturn's version is heat as well

how do you use the boss events? every time i try to put boss_ in a level inspired in s2 boss rush, the boss doesnt appear.
