- Rice curd is one of the traditional and popular foods in nomadic areas, which is prepared from rice, curd and various spices. This food is mainly consumed in spring and summer and is known as a delicious and healthy food.
To prepare rice curd, rice is first soaked and then cooked until it is half cooked. Then they pick the rice with a strainer to completely remove the water. At this stage, curd juice is taken and added to rice and all ingredients are mixed well.
After adding the curd, salt and pepper are added to the curd and they give the food a special taste and color and prepare the rice with more taste and flavor.
After adding the spices, the rice curd is placed on a low heat for a while so that it thickens and tastes better. Then this food is served hot.
