What a humble man. He comes on stage like factory janitor with his grey smock, grey t-shirt, un-ironed pants... and scratched his belly and looks like hard working man. Rick Wakeman is master of the understatement . Thank God gave him the beautiful gift of music. God bless you and please make the world a better place with your music.
he is such an artist yet, just a regular bloke too. I could listen to him on piano, organ or any other keyboard instrument and instantly be taken to another lace...wonderful
Mr Wakeman! Oh my word. This was the first time I had heard this piece and suddenly my life is that much richer. Thank you so much for this and all of your marvellous musical contributions to our world. I am in awe.
Yeah, who else, he wrote it for hin mum, she´s gone, but not forgotten. Rick is one of the greatest musicians, he´s just a genius. Thank god for him, he´s a devine gift to mankind.
I've heard him tell this same story twice now and I still don't get the "ticker" bit. The piece sounds like, at least at the start, it comes out of "Life on Mars?".

Holy Geez!!..that is a very heartfelt piece of music. His technique (feel) is second to none.
Brought tears to my eyes. Rick plays with so much passion that you can FEEL the music.

Brilliant, melancholic, but wonderful all the same.
Beautiful, he is the absolute master of arpeggio.
Rick played this at Richard Whiteleys funeral at York Minster back in 2005. Class act.
Such a beautiful piece of music. Love it!
Unearthly beautiful. Not of this world.
I've always been particularly fond of the Cost of Living and Rhapsodies albums.

La melodía para recordar!

Winnie -The-POOH's best buddy was TIGGER ("ticker"). Gemma was asking about the bear, Winnie-The-POOH . . . not poo (feces).
sorry, what his daughter asked at 2:10? a ticker?
Tigger of "Pooh" fame ;-) That's the joke. :-) www.clker.com/cliparts/a/3/7/4/14328331941606627502winnie-the-pooh-and-tigger.png
