Avengers: Infinity War started off with a bang! The Mad Titan Thanos had wiped out most of the Asgardians, including Loki and Heimdall, while also adding another Infinity Stone to his collection. But it’s not like they didn’t put up a fight. Thanos ended up going toe-to-toe with Hulk, but the end result was an epic beatdown that left Hulk’s ego bruised and a refusal to come out to fight again for the rest of the movie.
But what if things went differently? What if instead of hiding for the rest of the film, Infinity War ended with Hulk finally stepping up and reemerging in the fight at Wakanda to help deliver some payback to Thanos? Well today’s MCU Alternate Timeline will ask that question: what if Hulk defeated Thanos at the end of Infinity War? Not only would it provide a satisfying character arc resolution to Bruce Banner and Hulk’s struggles, but it also could pivot the franchise into something else entirely. Because in this timeline, maybe Thanos was just a red herring, and the REAL big bad of Avengers: Endgame could’ve been a rampaging, ultra-powerful Hulk! I think that’s a fun possibility!

Captain Marvel's fight with Thanos should've been the Hulk at the end of End Game. The scene with the headbutt etc. That should've been the Hulk, period.

Hulk has always been my favourite character forever. Me and my 2 brothers recently started a podcast where we often talk about the MCU. Hope one day Hulk gets his day in the sun again. Hulk Smash. Amazing Video!
I really wish hulk had more screen time, I would have love to see cap tell every one to stand back, Bruce got this. He should have got his pay back in end game. We need more hulk in the MCU, wish universal would just play along and let the MCU make another solo hulk film.

Right! IMO they twisted Hulk and Thor to push Captain Marvel. Permanently crippling the Hulk with the snap and where was the Odin force that thor was suppose to inherit after Odin's passing?
Russo brothers are over rated, despite what people say they wasted way to many opportunities in the movies they made, infinity war was pretty damn good but endgame honestly isn't as good as people think, yeah it was a huge conclusion to 10 years of movies but so much more could have been done.
It's beyond me how they could give him an offscreen resolution (between Infinity War and Endgame). I never understood why the Hulk got hurt when he snapped his fingers with the gauntlet. I feel like they missed a chance for him to have a really cool resolution where he gets more power from the gamma radiation and an even rematch with Thanos. Also, marvel really wasted our time with the Black Widow/Hulk arc. I'm pretty sure the studio didn't want him to be epic bc they knew they can't make a solo movie about him (or so I remember).

Hulk was never a good fighter, he just had an unmatched strength. Once you put him against an enemy with equal strength that actually knows how to fight, he has no chance. It did make sense for him to lose against Thanos, in my opinion.
First of all no cause if u didnt watch the incradible Hulk movie then u are stupid and second i think that the Hulk in that movie was the best i mean cmon even the abomintation could take out thanos in the comics
Ed Norton's Hulk revealed that Bruce is always angry, that's why he needed that spiritualist guy to teach him how to stay calm. The always angry line was to connect Ruffalo's Hulk to Norton's Hulk.

My only problem with the idea of an "Iron Hulk", is that debatably Hulk's hide is just as tough if not stronger than Ironman's armor. Unless maybe using Vibraniaum armor for Hulk. But I fully agree that the fight with Hulk and Thanos in Endgame was just way too Phooey. It Did make Hulk look like a coward whether it was meant to or not.

I concur in the comics previous to infinity war the Hulk and Thanos never met. And Thanos only defeated the Hulk with the infinity gauntlet.

If Capt. wields Mjolnir (effectively becoming as powerful as Thor) he would wreck Thor.
Capt. has better fighting skills, but Thor is much, much stronger.

An armored Hulk you say??? Man that would’ve been epic to see Hulk burst out of the armor, which I thought he was going to do during the course of the film. You gave some great insight to your ideas; Endgame grossed more money than any movie in film history, but how they treated the Hulk was a huge miss.

The Russos' misuse of the Hulk in Infinity War and Endgame drastically reduced their rewatchability for me. He went from one-punching that Leviathan in Avengers to getting sucker-punched from behind by Iron Man to not even being the main character of his own story (Planet Hulk) in Thor: Ragnarok. Then he got trashed in the opening minutes of Infinity War and we essentially never saw him again (the most anger he shows is tossing a bench in the wake of Black Widow's death). Instead we got the "new" most powerful Avenger, Captain Femin-er, Captain Marvel (who incidentally threw everything she had at Hulk in the comics only for him to grin and one-punch her unconscious into orbit), getting the last go at Thanos before Iron Man's sacrifice. It felt like both films fell victim to Disney's increasingly encroaching SJW agendas in certain ways, and no character was impacted by that in a worse way than Hulk.
It's the God paradox, but since it's a woman, you don't get to point it out, lest you be branded a sexist.

What would happen if the Gladiator, Hyperion, Blue_Marvel and Sentry fought against Thanos in the MCU?
Superman would jump in, smack all of his ripoffs into dust and team up with Darkseid to do the same to Thanos for ripping him off.

This is a possibility. Think about it. WandaVision introduced the Evan Peters Quicksilver which means ethier we've entered a multiverse or that Wanda revived him. If it is a multiverse situation then we could see a Hulk from another universe go all World War Hulk and still have the smart hulk the MCU has now. Maybe I'm spitballing but hey it's something.

World War Hulk and Maestro are completely different Banner personas. Maestro is evil but WWHulk was vengeful because he was betrayed by Earth’s heroes and mourning the death of his wife. Combining both personas is like Spiderman 3... too many characters and not enough time to develop them. I like everything you proposed up to introducing Maestro. WWHulk would work though.

Hulk is my favorite superhero and I’m very disappointed in what they did to him in the last 2 avenger movies.
This is possible because the after effects of hulk snapping could change his personality and make him stronger and go on that crazy rampage, but then Tony comes back to life but not human but a celeschal and beats the hulk and make a machine that makes hulk normal again!

I have to disagree with the gladiators thing I would do a green Hulk vs Red Hulk battle. I would also make shore to include Dare Devil, Iron Fist nd others and to bring in Fantastic Four and X-Men

Holy crap, imagine that, like, Wanda just destroyed Vision, Thanos Time Stones him back, Wanda yells "No", he slaps her, picks up Vision, and just gets SMASHED by HulkBuster Hulk who's utterly pissed, Vision drops to the ground stunned and confused af, Wanda crawls over to him and they make off for the woods, and they focus entirely for a moment on the HulkvThanos fight, and then, Wanda isn't snapped, and we pick up Wanda Vision from there basically cuz last we saw they ran away into the woods after a bit too much of a close call, still traumatic, WandaVision plays as it is, except the bit about Vision being dead, no blip to begin with, an alternate timeline where the blip basically never happened because the Hulk prevented it at the perfect time and saved half the universe

It should have went like this, so when hulk went against Thanos it was a draw and then he was forced to use the stone and the gamma radiation feedback separated the hulk and banner and instead himedal teleports Bruce to earth and leaves hulk on the ship to fight for his life. So then Bruce then tells the avengers that he no longer has his powers and is then forced to use the hulk Buster suit to the battle of Wakanda. And then hulk apon his fight with Thanos, he hitches a teleport ride with Thanos and hulk kicks ass during the battle of Wakanda. Then when the snap hits hulk leaves and goes on his own for the next 5 years and then since of the gama radiation the avengers track down hulk and he agrees and Bruce puts his hand on the gauntlet while hulk tries to snap and they say "together" and then the gamma radiation from the stones brings them back together and hulk becomes more intelligent and knows how to use his powers better and Bruce can turn into the hulk whenever he wants making him the grey hulk.
