I am selfless and loving. I fight every day for the sake of others. If it were that easy I wouldn't be watching this. This depression I've been fighting is beyond your scope.

Hi, Laura. Thank you for sharing so openly. We recognize that the situation you've expressed is difficult to deal with, and we'd like to offer our help in any way we can. Please know that we have a staff of pastoral counselors available to offer reassurance, answer questions, and pray with you. If you think it would be helpful, we’d like to invite you to speak with one of them at your convenience. Just call 800-232-6459 between 6:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. (MT), Mon - Fri. The Family Help Center staff member who answers the phone will arrange for a pastoral counselor to call you back. There’s no cost for this -- we just want to come alongside you in any way we can. We hope to hear from you soon. God's peace be with you!

Only Jesus can heal. He himself said: 'I am the bread of life. Feed on me, so even dead you will live.' Jesus is the solution.
As human beings, we are comprised of soul, flesh, and spirit, and it is through Jesus, the bread of life, that we can nourish and fulfill our spiritual hunger

Dr.Jantz is amazing. But please be aware of spiritual abuse. not all Christians knows what is depression like. I met someone who is so focus on sins instead of Jesus.
