hey i recently bought one of ur guys prebuilt and a lot of the stuff aren’t plugged in. It’s only tied together and left there. Am i supposed to plug those in myself? Also there is a guide book that came with it telling me how to install the main board and power supply. But it looks like it’s in place but i’m not really sure. Also are the screws provided with the pc supposed to be used on the actual prebuilt or? Pls respond i’m really confused
Dear Jian, all our perbuild are assembled together before the delivery only except for the graphic card, because if the graphic card once installed, it may be broken on the delivery process. so after we have tested the function of graphic card, and the test result it great, then we would put the graphic card inside the original package and send to our customers. And also the graphic card is quite easy to be installed. Our customers are all accepted this quickly and gladly.
