    Hi Katie! I just thought of a video request that I would really really love: it's for a belly dance/dancer specific stretch/strengthening routine. Maybe a rundown of stretches or (muscle/joint) strengthening exercises you do, or any that you can recommend? In particular i'm curious about backbends/back flexibility and joint strength for your legs/hips since we work them A LOT in belly dance (I really loved that you added the ankle/feet strengthening exercises in the last video, more of that would be AMAZING). I don't know if this could all be in one video or if it would be another series but I have been wanting to learn more about this part of dance and I haven't found any videos on it. Hope you see this, I love learning from you. Thank you for everything you're doing 😊❤️
