      Hi sir👋🏾,
      writing from germany....
you made me pull out my M&P9c 1st gen and go to stipplecity with it....👍🏾
i only did the front and back pads in a very fine concrete style and even made a nice transition to the original surface under the groove of the triggerguard so it wont be too coarse for my middlefinger...
i took my time got a sixxpack with my type of music and got at it,comin out fine and clean.
      a major grip improvement without
goin all out like i see some guys do😉
i also went for the thumbrest and came out with clean borders too,
using a metal ruler and a not fully warmed up iron.
mine dont have heat regulation so the hotter the faster i got to go😄
the borders come out very precise because the material dont build up that much and i can take smaller tabs.
      im happy🥰
next, will be my glock 17 gen 5....im somewhat scared tho😄
mine has that ugly halfmoon cutout wich i want to close up and stipple over.
i want to thank you for your vids and the time you put in for people like me that wants to customize their weapons.
      greetings from Frankfurt/germany🤝🏾

Thx for sharing your trade tips and experience. I’m trying to get into doing this for fun. Posted to a gun group im in to get some tips from pple who had done it and possibly from pros. One guy in particular must have took it as a personal attack that I wanted to do my own frame, ultimately I ruined it by taking too much material out around the mag release. Of course he gloated and told me i should have sent it to a pro. I explained that it wasn’t about trying to save money this is something I genuinely enjoy doing. Anyway. Thx for the tips. Subscribed

Sorry, coming into this pretty late but how do you get all the WD-40 / silicone out of the polymer if you are going to Cerakote / paint the frame? I would think the silicone polished into the polymer would be impossible to get out and wreak havoc on the coating........ what am I missing? Thanks for the GREAT VID.

Looks great I will be doing more to my frame I nailed the first ever undercut on my new G19 I'm pretty good at stippling but material removal and polishing needs to be considered hand in hand when it comes to stippling. I hate the blocky textures in the finger grooves so that will be removed and probably just pin point stippled to give it a lava rock texture

The muslin buffing wheel is meant to be used with any number of polishing compounds. Not bare. A very fine diamond paste such as 5-6 and followed with 1 micron will leave a unreal polished surface. there are also buffing compounds meant for plastics. Much faster with a much better finish using either of these. Bare is a huge waste of time not to mention using the wheel without proper compounds will burn the work much-much faster.
