We love this Avalon water cooler. But it can be a bit loud at times. Once it is done heating and cooling the water it will stay quiet for the rest of the day only coming back on after heavy use.

At least yours is still working! We have the exact same model and it will only dispense when it feels like it. Good luck with yours!
It may have some mineral deposits or other build up in the tank that is coming loose and blocking the nozzles and hoses. I made a cleaning video that may help. It's worth a try before you get a new water cooler. I haven't replaced any of the parts in the water cooler but that may be an option as well.
Mine doesnt make that noise. I have 1 year warranty+ 1 year additional warranty from Amex just in case.
That's good to know. I have had mine for a few years now and most of the time I don't hear anything but sometimes it makes some noise like this when the pump comes on.

That water cooler looks pretty nice too. They probably have similar pumps and compressors in them.
I have it plugged into the wall outlet and only see the solid green light over the power button. Any suggestions to get solid green light to work on temperature water, cold water and hot water?

There are also some switches on the back for the cold and hot water. Check those to see if they are on.
I just looked an mine and it's not lit up. I think it only lights up when the hot or cold tank is empty and it is heating or cooling the water tank. I will run some experiments and make a video about it.

Yeah it is probably just pumping the water from the bottle into the tank. But once the tank is full the pump shuts off for a while.

Hi! Mine keeps blinking the red light as if the water gallon is empty but it’s not. Do you know what that could be?
The water tank needs to be refilled to stop the red light from blinking. Make sure you fully closed the door. The pump wont come on if the door isn't closed. If the door is closed and the pump isn't coming on you could turn off power to reset it. Here is a link to the users manual. I am not sure? I don't have access to spring water. We get filtered water from our local water and ice store. If you don't put filtered water in your water cooler the minerals in the water can clog up the spouts and the impurities in the water can cause some build up inside the water tanks. So you may have to clean it more often depending on the type of water you use. @@ThatHobby wondering if I can just buy a 5 gallon spring water and put it in there instead of using the filters. I hooked it up tonight so this is our first night. We had it with the hot water and the filters but I'm thinking just buying the 5 gallon jugs at the store and skip in the filter. What do you think?
@@KH-3414 The model I have doesn't have any filters. That's why I was a little confused by the questions. So I am not sure. But if you can run it without the filters the water from the store should be fine. I have been using mine for years and it doesn't even have filters. I get my filtered water from the local water and ice store. I think the filters are there so that you can put tap water in there.

You could try to defrost it and see what happens. Just unplug the unit and put a towel under it incase it leaks some water during the defrosting process. The thermostat may have gone bad but defrosting it may get some more life out of it. I haven't had this issue before so this is just my best guess.
Mine makes noise when dispensing water? Anyone having this problem or know how to fix it
When the tank is refilling the water pump can make some noise. Once it is full it should quiet down.
Not a very smart idea to have 2 settings for cold at the cost of cutting away the room temperature option completely
The cool button is pretty close to room temperature. But the cold button is ice cold.
@ThatHobby ye but it would have been better to cover all options instead of have 2 for same thing, I Hate drinking cold water and the hot is too hot so I gotta mix them lol
What are the other options? Hot cold and room temperature……what else is there? Koolaid?
@@Morraless21 That covers it. Those are the 3 options. The room temperature can be a little cold though. My son likes to keep a glass jug by the water cooler to put the room temperature water in. Sot it may take some adjustments to get the water to your preferred temperatures.

Someone asked if my water cooler made some loud sounds too. So this video was just made to show that mine makes some noise too when it is refilling. If you have it out in the open it can be kind of loud. But if you put it against the wall it is a little quieter.
