Alexis. I imagine that the dogs voice was added during editing. The dog doesn't move it's mouth when the owner wants it to. The guy would have simply videoed his dog for a few minutes, then added in it's voice with funny stuff that will fit when the dog opens it's mouth. In other words, the original video would be silent. Then the guy wrote a funny script and inserted the dogs voice *afterwards*.
Hope my garbled explanation makes sense, lol. :-)
