Jeesh!!!!Second video I have watched by QVC about THIS particular convection oven and in BOTH videos...the operation of the knobs have been poorly addressed!!!!!! EXPLAIN the operation of the knobs......FULLY and CLEARLY.....no interruption by the other....when cooking for 4 hours.....do you turn the knob left and then back to the specific time you want OR do you continue to turn knob left to the temp. that you want? What if you CHANGE your mind OR made a mistake and you have turned LEFT already?............again a "BIG" JEESH!!!

You need a cookbook with it or some type of instructions mine burns the tops yet the middle of turnovers are gooey
Mine always burn in the rear. I have to open the door and keep moving them around.
