  • We purchase this new 20' PJ Trailer. It has a 14K capacity minus the 3900 lbs of the trailer. It has monster ramps, wooden deck, 8 lug axels, and large tool box in the front. We purchased it from Chico Truck & RV Trailer Sales in Chico, California (530) 891-9225.. Excellent service with them!

    Your torching job looks sweet! Great idea!

    The deck came out awesome. I don't think I would've thought to torch a trailer deck.

    That turned out awesome on the deck. The burning with that color of stain almost looks like Tigerwood. Great job

    I love my PJ trailer but those fenders need the skirt welded to the tops the bottom wedge needs to be tighter also as you show

    Same Stain I used on my PJ Trailer bed. Just didn't burn it. Looks great. May some silicone at the top (between the spot weld areas) where the two metal pieces come togther may have worked? What tongue box did you put on? I am looking to add one, or was it factory installed? I have the chain tray right now.

    Did you used all or most of that 1 gallon? I have 2 trailers 6x12 and wondering if one gallon is enough for both of them.

    Great video! Did you have to wipe the wood down or sand it after your burned it? I burned my deck and it has a black char on the wood from burning it.

      No ,he only torched it long enough to bring the grain up and then just stained it. If he would have torched it longer, he would have had to brush and wipe it first. Hopefully your back turned out good. Thanks for watching.

    How is it holding up?

      @OurBossiAdventures  ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually really good. We keep it covered when we aren’t using the trailer

      Thinking about doing this same thing but mine won’t be covered worried about it peeling

      We did go through most of the summer without always covering it because we used it a lot. It’s held up great. I highly recommend doing it!

      Yes! Thank you, something I’m always reminding him of that but I guess he is rebelling since he has to wear them at work! Lol
