Amazing story! Thanks for sharing. I only have around 40 hives but I love beekeeping so much I can't stop. As I am one of those Older guys... your advice really made me think as to where I should be headed and focusing my efforts. I did see y'all at the convention last year in San Antonio. Hopefully I can meet y'all, Blake and Chris Moore ( he sold me some wax) in the future. Thanks again and looking forward to future posts! Gr8 Job well Done!

Loved this conversation! We are from the Beaumont area and building out our apiary. Super excited about the future of beekeeping. I think what we are seeing is beginning of the changing of the guard in beekeeping and next generation starting to build on what the previous have laid. We are excited to learn, care and build a business around bees.
I have binge a few of Texas Bee Supply’s video, we my windshield time absolutely enjoying the content!

In my mid 50's with a herniated disk, I can appreciate the advice. I love the craft of candle making, and intrigued with queen rearing. Agreed, find your niche.

    Great interview!
Justin was kind enough to answer a ton of questions I had when I first got started last year. Super nice guy!
I think his reply to my email was "You got a lot of questions. Call me. I'm in ag for a reason. " (Meaning he didn't want to have to type that much in an email).
I've probably got 100 more questions again, but I'll save them for in person if i can corner you once everything opens back up. Also Ashley and Blake, y'all both gave great presentations at the TBA conference (Blake) and at the WCABA meeting (Ashley). Thank you! If y'all ever need an extra hand and don't mind someone asking a ton of questions, let me know.
