Usually when you're up against Hanzo, it's best to use Ling or tanky junglers like Baxia and Tank Karina for example, so that way he can't kill you easily. Also another thing to keep in mind is to pay attention to the map to know where he put his body, it helps a lot.
(Personally when I play the Jungler role, I usually pick Esme since she doesn't get banned that much and she can still perform as good as Baxia and Karina. She can also snowball really hard if you let her farm, I personally think she's underrated as the Jungler. Also Day 3 of asking Beto to play Paquito sidelane.)

Demon Shoes
(So you don't run out of mana in early game if you don't have blue buf.f)
2nd Item:
Thunder Belt
(I personally like it since it has 60-80% slow, true dmg, 500 hp, 40 physical defence and 10% cooldown reduction.)
3rd Item:
Feather of Heaven
(It's a good pair with Thunder Belt since you can spam the passive non stop, plus atk speed and cooldown reduction.)
4th Item:
Oracle
(I like since I can get more shield from enemies, take note that Oracle doesn't increase the shield from ur s1. It only increases the shield we get from Esme's passive.)
5th Item:
Holy Crystal or Blood Wings
(Holy Crystal is good if you want to have more dmg and shield, since more magic dmg for Esme means more shield. Blood Wings is also good if you want to have more magic dmg but also more health and a shield.)
6th Item:
Immortality
(The death timer in late game is really long, so Immortality is good. Plus you can more hp and defence.)
Emblem:
Mobility 3/3
Magic Pen 3/3
Mystery Shop 1/1
(So you can get Items faster.)
That's basically it, If you can't tell it's a Hybrid Build. I personally l don't like Tank Build Esme cause low magic power means low shield.
if u want a good roamer against him natalia is a perfect choice, its nearly always easy to go against him as natalia since she can go to his body while invisible and then one shot him with her combo, and since hanzo cant really use a tanky build its extra easy to kill him

Hanzo doing that is actually beneficial. He gets the red buff gold and exp after he respawns immediately. I often take enemy red and get executed by the turret for a free ticket home with a filled stomach.

Popol is so OP, his trap can provide vision, immobilize enemy, when Kuppa attacks you basically means you just standing there and let him kill you. and when he's about to die, he can use second skill for more shield.. Oh my I'm gonna start playing him
I just started playing him yesterday can confirm hes really op,especially if your enemy is squishy because before the cc from first skill runs out the enemy is already dead,but hes also good against tanky enemy since kupa(the dog)can use activate dhs passive just like dexter(claudes pet monke).

The Hanzo strategy can work if you have a good early game support like valir and hylos, or else as a Hanzo main I don’t really recommend this strategy especially if the enemy has strong early game heroes. Some may wonder if it is worth trading your life if u ate Fanny’s buff or ling’s buff (blue). It honestly isn’t worth it if they’re gonna invade right after but if u killed ur buff first and somehow managed to eat Fanny and ling’s buff and die with it I don’t think it’s still very much worth it but it’s my opinion

Even if hanso dies his skill takes time to digest that buff, and the respawn is isn't very long for that 1st early death, so hanzo actually gets the buff even if he dies. I think its a good trade
My brother always do that, he quickly take the buff and let the enemy kill him as fast as possible if he got caught.😂the digestion in the start of the game was a bit longer than the respawn time.

I would very much like to say, I dont main hanzo but i play him often. Dying to get the enemy buff is 100% worth it, you genuinely get to the opposite lanes buff faster. The best counter play is to not contest it and steal. This has information has saved me from countless bad starts hope it serves you well!
