- use exfoliating gloves/wash clothes
- use dove soap
- wash 2-3x a day if you can
- take extra time to scrub on specific area DONT miss any areas
- use one soap to keep things simple
- apply perfume after getting out of the shower& apply it on your clothing(it last longer)
- use Jergen lotion because moisturizing help keeps perfume locked in
- don’t be stingy with your deodorant use excessive amounts
- wash hair once a week if you have type 3-4 hair(make sure hair is clean to smell good)
- use hair perfume
- drink lots of water( sweat has a bad smell if you don’t)
- use probiotics
- stay away from super tight clothing down there because it causes odor
- make sure you brush your tounge , use a tounge scraper, mouthwash and brush 2x a day
- use a baby wash cloth down there 👇

I used to use A LOT of deodorant and I would still smell and get sweaty. I looked it up and sometimes using too much deodorant can prevent it from working. Now I use 2-3 wipes and it works amazing. Not trying to hate. Just trying to share my experience to maybe help someone else. If putting on a ton of deodorant works for you then keep doing you.
Yea I’m agree for me the minimal amount is enough and I’m really sweaty and sometimes when I put to much it sticks to my armpits and then clogs my pores even more but if it works for you do it everyone body is different 😊👍🏽

I agree everyone is different for what works well for there body . I am the same way I only use 2-3 swipes of deodorant that actually works for me and I’m good throughout the whole day
You can do that and you can carry around body wipes and keep deodorant on you to refresh yo self
@@sommergreen7292 facts because the heat is no joke .especially if your traveling and your not used to certain climates.
One of my biggest tips is during your shower, just before you get out, switch your water from hot to cold, then let your body adjust to that temp, this helps regulate your body heat and lowering it, and you end up sweating less,
You could also try putting deodorant the night before and when you wake up to shower, reapply it again and you will sweat less trust me.
Also, instead of using perfumes on your clothes, if you’re tryna smell FRESH and not doused in perfume, spray fabric softener on your clothes!! You’ll smell fresh ALL DAY.
And remember!! If you’re wearing body sprays, put Vaseline on the area you would like it,because body sprays, the smells dilute v quick, especially when they mix with body chemistry

As a Ghanaian I’ve been using the African net also known as sapoh since a child and they are abrasive when you first get it but as you continue to use it especially in hot water it softens up. Love how it doesn’t collect bacteria like loofah and you could dead use the sapoh for a year straight and would still have no bacteria and would be able to lather really amazing 🤩

Hey I live in the deep south too and one shower a day is fine. I have no body odor. At. All. Odor comes from bacteria. No dr would recommend two showers a day. I have several dr friends.
She put girls on a lot of hygiene products & now she is slowing down, the less the better. Honestly your face looks more vibrant & clear now. I’m here for it.
I was raised to shower twice a day so I assumed everyone did it until I saw other wise. To each their own, but showering twice a day makes me feel cleaner and fresher.
I never smelled bad before I did her hygiene methods, but now that I do I smell even better so thank you for informing us! Those exfoliating wash clothes are really a game changer!

Your body acne could be caused by how much detergents/ fabric softeners you use. Not that you’re allergic or break out from that certain brand or scent, but the amount you use isn’t meant to be on the skin like that. That’s why they tell you how much to use…for your safety. These chemicals and ingredients used in those products are not meant to sit on the skin. I used to be obsessed w getting different scents and overused it, now I use clean detergent no dies or fragrance and put whichever essential oils I want. Again, never overdoing the o mount I put in because even essential oils can cause breakouts/ irritation.

Big facts. Excessive amounts of skincare products and fabric products just increases her skin problems. Less harsh chemicals and less amounts will help, not rocket science. But I guess "smelling good" is worth having the acne

Chole instead of perfume for ur hair u should by peppermint oil and put a little in ur hand and put it in ur scalp it feels sooooo good and it keeps ur hair soooo fresh and u can do it everyday it makes ur hair grow as wellll💗💗💗

The makers of Jergens changed the formula of the cherry 🍒 almond lotion and I used it in the 80's & 90's and the scent has most definitely changed,(even though it states on the bottle that it hasn't) and not in a good way... I wish companies would stop changing the formula/scent of products.

On the teeth brushing, if you brush too hard you will wear off your enamel. Make sure the tooth brush says "soft bristle" I have a soft bristle electric brush. -Per the dentist

Why pay got your water if you can get it for free. I live on a farm and we get our water from well and it’s air pumped instead of electric pump. Save a lot of money 💰 😊👍🏼💜

Don't leave the water running while doing everything just after finishing. Get in the shower and don't even wet yourself, use the bodywash and then rense

Im confused on how she said that people find her extra for showering 2 times a day?? Isn't that something people normally do? Dont u sweat?
some people don't sweat as much, especially people from dry/desert-like and cold areas. for some people with skin conditions and dry skin, showering twice a day can be detrimental since washing your body inevitably strips natural oils from the skin which can lead to inflamed, dry, cracked, irritated skin
I only shower once a day, I rarely sweat including over the summer, because of that I tend to burn up really really bad
It’s best to shower at night time so you won’t strip ur skin too much. (Ofc ic you sweat a lot & have a sport than you should shower 2x a day)
It can strip your skin a lot, even if you put lotion on they have a lot of artificial ingredients
I only shower once a day. I live in the Deep South. My skin would not tolerate two showers a day. I have absolutely zero body odor.

My exfoliating shower gloves and my coconut oil are my must haves all year long. In the summer especially lol I love using coconut oil instead of lotion, on my downstairs area too after I dry it off..once I start sweating, there’s no kind of musty smell downstairs at all! Lots of Water ,and a glass of 100% cranberry juice a day is great for men and women downstairs. For hair since I have oily scalp,I love using shampoos with tea tree and mint,refreshing and smell so clean and yummy😍👌🏽And for oral care I LOVE therabreath mouth wash! I love being clean, and videos like these are so satisfying to watch lol
