Rockin' the 7-UP and playing keys at the rave dance party... An omen to incoming EDM traditions, MDMA, etc... Thanks for this man. Keep on rocking. Metal is the perfect genre to blend with anything, including techno / EDM tunes
Yeah, on a cool spot video similar to this, there was this idiot replying to me saying "coOl sPOT isNT tHAt gOoD oF a GAmE, He doeSNt nEEd a COme bACk" and he was literally comparing cool spot to final fantasy 7 remake. Like wow, lets compare a hack and slash 2019 game and bash on a 1993 platformer. Besides, in Cool Spot, you personally win a cool spot toy in reality (back in 1993) whereas FF7 remake part 1 ending is a 10 minute long cutscene, which you can see online pretty much anytime. Also FF7 remake had DLC announced, before the game was out, whereas Cool Spot is an already finished game without needing DLC. That weirdo has a very weird argument going on. I can understand if he compared Cool spot to Mario or Sonic, but definately not FF7 remake, which is in jigsaw pieces priced at £50 each.
Ahhhhh... F****n' Nailed it~ much cleaner than the 8 bit version- sweet solo- 'twas a time i'd slam that cart into rhe machine and play thru til i got to the bonus level just for the music.. Now i have this... Nice work~
Incredible! I loved this game and this tune, I still own my cartridge. Your version's sound is absolutely everything I would have hoped for, and then some!
This was an epic cover of an epic tune that went so hard for a video game about a red dot on a soda bottle! Thank you for this amazing cover! I used to rent this game on weekends just so I could spend an hour jamming out to this tune that went way harder than it had any right to! You rock and have a great evening!
Outstanding remix mah dude! Ya know, it's kinda crazy that a game that was basically an ad for soda had gameplay that good, graphics that good and music that went this hard. lol Dang, I miss this game. Only played the Genesis version though, no idea what the SNES version was like.
Borrowed this game of a friend when I was a kid and liked it, but the only thing that stood out was this tune! So damn bad ass and it is great to hear such an awesome version of it! Great work, my dude!! :) Random question in addition, are your covers ok to use in videos/ streams? Would love to use this every now and then if it is cool! Let me know (don't worry, I won't if you don't reply :) )
@@bboynoe Holy moly, now THAT is what I call a fast reply! XD Thanks dude! Was live streaming earlier and randomly 7up came up in the conversation and I was like "does anyone remember that game when you played the red dot but had an amazing bonus stage theme?", hence why I searched and found this straight after XD If I do use it, I will be 100% sure to give full credit and link to your channel! Thanks!
And for another obscure game, Cool Spot! The bonus level has such a great, catchy dancy tune! Hope y'all enjoy my take on it!
I remember playing this game. Miss the olden days!
Sweet cover too.
I've played more Cool Spot Goes to Hollywood from Genesis. But this game is great too.

Good job! Now I'm thirsty for a delicious.... Sprite!

If you rather that fuckin' soda instead of a cool 7up, then you don't deserve to listen to this track!!
Yes officer, that's the guy! Please arrest him now
More cool spot! It has some great tunes
Frikkin' sweet! This makes me want to Make Seven-Up Yours!
You're amazing! The little Anything but Tangerines slip in at the end there was just great. Thank you.
"criminally underrated" I fucking agree.

Many thanks!
Nice video ! Go to my favorites :3
Awesome experimentally sounds and just fantastic dance groove man.
Thanks bROmie
I'll bet the soundtrack for the game would have sound much like this if they made a version for the Sega CD, or CD ROM back in the day.
I thought the Genesis version couldn't get any better.
I'm glad that I was proven wrong.
Awesome, man!
Thanks buddy!
!!!this is so good!!! I am seriously loving your metal meets electronic dance things :)
Im glad you like it man! I'm trying to set myself apart, by adding electronic-y stuff lol. Im too mediocre to do just metal haha.
This is one of the rare times where the remix is better than the original lol
Can you try doing some Sunset Riders or Street of Rage?
Thanks! I'll look into those games, I remember playing both back in the day but not enoigh to be familiar with the OSTs
@@bboynoe oh it’s so good man, I think you’ll find them interesting
