Why is this "Shift+S" faster than the other Shift+S(ex. 2:09)'s? Effects of blows from enemies?

3:02 is normal speed.
2:09 I’m not sure of it is blows effect from ennemies or vaccum from either the valk or the nova. I’ll check on computer later this week
