I am pretty sure, the US military could retake the city in a few days, weeks if they wont to avoid large scale destruction. They dont see andriods as humans, so there no rules of war. They could just nuke the city, once the city is evacuated.
@@wargearinternational7679 The radiation doesn't seem to affect the androids. Hence why they blew up the cobalt dirty bomb and were immune to it's radiation.
@@nwa8169 Nukes also disperse damage threw heat and the shock wave. Against both of these andriods are not immune. A few nukes with a strengh of 1 mega tone per nuke would destroy the majority of Detroit, not just radioate it. @@wargearinternational7679 They'd be using nuclear weapons on American soil, they'd irradiate different American cities by bombing Detroit. @@nwa8169 Detroit is rendert uninhabitable for decades. A city falls apart in that time rather quickly and the citizens who once lifed were will have moved to other citys. Yeah because who in their right mind wants a "species" who is stronger, smarter and faster then us living among us? And just contribute more to overpopulation and pollution, fuck the androids, the best ending is the one where they all die
Two important details: Detroit is on the border with Canada, so this would be an *international* crisis, and a dirty bomb wouldn't save the androids. The moment the area is rendered uninhabitable for humans, the humans have no reason not to use their own nuclear weapons, wiping out the androids entirely.
@@rinzler1801 wouldn't the American would spam the shit of their artillery and air force or something like that to the production center of making robot and it's not like the military wouldn't do that
Actually, we HAVE lost cities in wars in our history. For example in the War of 1812, Detroit was lost to the British army invading from Canada. Fort Detroit was built inland to defend the city from Native Americans, it couldn't really defend from attacks from the River. After firing on the British for a bit, with our shells doing more damage to Detroit than the invaders, we surrendered the City. But we got it back in 1813 (which is why the Stars and Stripes are on on the Detroit City Flag twice). :)
i never even knew there was a bomb ending, kind of a cool twist that u kill the leader and seem to be pushing back the rebellion when markus suddenly goes "no ykw im taking u all down with me"
God Awful Content what if it’s actually literally Hillary Clinton? Just imagine-she held on that long just to be able to transfer her consciousness to an android and to ~finally win~ the US presidency (cries a single perfect tear)
But im pretty sure they somewhere in the game said that the president was one of the first presidents that won not because of a political career or even because they where rich but she was like a rly popular vlogger Hillary vloggs
It’s actually a dirty bomb, not a nuke. A dirty bomb is a conventional explosive device salted with radioactive material, a nuke uses atomic reactions to create a massive explosion.
A ground level dirty bomb explosion would be fairly contained, due to the buildings and terrain. So it would be pretty much just a section of Detroit, plus the snow and weather would help contain it too, not to mention the radioactive materials wouldn't be lethal for too long because of their exposure to the environment. For a Dirty Bomb to be most effective, it would need to be detonated in the air, a small aircraft at around 900 feet would be the ideal altitude. Dirty Bombs are not really that effective, its a very easy way to attack people but its far too effected by wind and weather patterns, plus terrain and structures, to really cause damage to an area of 50 miles. A more realistic area would be 20 to 25 miles if detonated from the air, and then far less when detonated surface level. They don't even take into account that electronics are damaged and effected by radioactive materials. So the Androids would be harming themselves. Plus, who will make new parts and supplies for the Androids? Humans designed and created them, so they would not have the necessary equipment and resources to make replacement parts, since they only control a single city that they have now made lethal to humans, so the required resources would never be made available, and the Androids would wear down and eventually die out from their parts degrading, not to mention the "blue blood" they must have to survive.
The Smoking Dog sentient Ai they could reproduce parts as long as they have the materials...and there’s quite a few dead androids around Detroit so as long as they recycle it should be fine at least until the recycle parts are used up and there’s no material to make new parts
The Smoking Dog "blue blood is tritium and is common in living beings. It is used in making DNA. Not to mention it's just 3 hydrogen atoms bounded together. Hydrogen is everywhere.
The Smoking Dog Also, I have noticed that their "brains" simply look too human. Like cyber life made some sort of human brain replica and placed them into machines.
Don't you think that they'd use machines to manufacture the parts and all? Those could still be working. They'd also have parts that are laying around in Warehouses... And dead Android's. Oh and they are designed to live 90 year's or so ( which they didn't really get to test yet but yeah... ).
Depends on the players' perspective though. As far as winning the Android revolution is concerned, Marcus activating the dirty bomb is a last ditch effort to stop the humans and liberate the camps. I'd recommend this option when you decide to protest peacefully but public opinion is too low for the kiss and sing choices to work.
IKR LIEK MARCUS GETS A WHOLE DAMN CITY TO HIMSELF TO BUILD AN ARMY, LIBERATE THE CAMPS AND EVEN HAVE OTHER ANDROIDS AND HIS LOVER WITH HIM, people saying this bad ending and on liek unless kara and alice both die for this ending I'd say this pretty solid gud ending Also if kara and alice died it still be good ending but be more bittersweet for me cuz I really like kara and alice
@@partygamingz3332 oh, this ending is bad, the humans have far more resources and man power than the androids. Sure, they have Detroit for now, but androids need parts (I doubt Cyberlife is going to be making shipments there anytime soon, heck, the company would probably go under and stop making them completely), they need to be able to defend themselves (not sure how they would address the air superiority), and will lose access to things like electricity overtime.
Captain Zoll well they have fiction parts like blue blood and bio components but if u want to kill them just freeze them their blue blood is very sensitive to the cold to the point where they’ll die
All transistorised electronics at susceptible to radiation. If it's more complicated than a light switch, radiation will affect it. There was a case where radiation did affect (only affect, it didn't destroy) computers. And no, what I'm talking about ISN'T Chernobyl. It was a voting day in the Netherlands (I think), and when the results came back for the ballots, there was a lot more hallo than there should have. They did the ballots via computers and cosmic radiation changed 1 bit from a 0 to a 1 by ionising the metal atoms. So it still, in some ways, damages it by causing unexpected results.
@@avery5769 the probability in this game is the best of all, not the story, but all of our choice is really impactfull. On the kara 1st scene i keep on stay when todd beating alice, and she died. i dont even know you can save alice and play as kara later lol
I can’t imagine after when Markus says “WE ARE FREE,” Connor shows up for the next Detroit Become Human Connor leads an army of human soldiers and attacks the rebellion
A nuke and a dirty bomb arent the same. A nuke uses nuclear fission to create an extremly large blast, but fission also makes it iradiate the area. A dirty bomb is a regular bomb that includes waste uranium in its payload, those are meant exactly irradiate an area and make it unhospitable, well except for androids according to the game. But depending on radiation levels not even electronic organisms will survive. Infact a human can survive an acute posioining for a time while a machine would intantly turn off.
A dirty bomb does not produce a large EMP like a Nuclear bomb does. The androids will be able to live in the zones just outside of the immediate blast as they will not be affected by the radiation. Well until the entire US military descends on Detroit.

The few surviving androids then could be killed by drones or against radiation shielded US military vehicles.
@@wargearinternational7679 They'd be using nuclear weapons on American soil, they'd irradiate different American cities by bombing Detroit. Using nuclear weapons would be highly irrational in this situation. Not to mention they would lose the actual city of Detroit, which in this game seems to be a powerhouse city. I don't see why they wouldn't just reclaim it with the old traditional boots on the ground.
@@nwa8169 Detroit is rendert uninhabitable for decades. A city falls apart in that time rather quickly and the citizens who once lifed were will have moved to other citys. Aside from maybe culturelle value there is nothing in the way of turning the city into a rock desert.

Two important details: Detroit is on the border with Canada, so this would be an *international* crisis, and a dirty bomb wouldn't save the androids. The moment the area is rendered uninhabitable for humans, the humans have no reason not to use their own nuclear weapons, wiping out the androids entirely.

It’s actually a dirty bomb, not a nuke. A dirty bomb is a conventional explosive device salted with radioactive material, a nuke uses atomic reactions to create a massive explosion.
default skin Humans:DESTORY ALLL ANDROID R.N.H ANDROID
If u nut- ;-}
Detroit: Become Death, The Destroyer of Worlds
Oh and they are designed to live 90 year's or so ( which they didn't really get to test yet but yeah... ).
einfach nur Leo Well, some parts are hard to replicate
Everyone: this is a bad ending
Me: BEST ENDING REVOLUTION SUCCESSFUL MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
Depends on the players' perspective though. As far as winning the Android revolution is concerned, Marcus activating the dirty bomb is a last ditch effort to stop the humans and liberate the camps. I'd recommend this option when you decide to protest peacefully but public opinion is too low for the kiss and sing choices to work.
Or you know, they all end up getting wiped out by the army after proving they’re a serious threat to the country
IKR LIEK MARCUS GETS A WHOLE DAMN CITY TO HIMSELF TO BUILD AN ARMY, LIBERATE THE CAMPS AND EVEN HAVE OTHER ANDROIDS AND HIS LOVER WITH HIM, people saying this bad ending and on liek unless kara and alice both die for this ending I'd say this pretty solid gud ending
Also if kara and alice died it still be good ending but be more bittersweet for me cuz I really like kara and alice
@@partygamingz3332 oh, this ending is bad, the humans have far more resources and man power than the androids. Sure, they have Detroit for now, but androids need parts (I doubt Cyberlife is going to be making shipments there anytime soon, heck, the company would probably go under and stop making them completely), they need to be able to defend themselves (not sure how they would address the air superiority), and will lose access to things like electricity overtime.
ive suceeded the revoution without killing
The thing I don't get is, radiation still damages computer equipment.
Oh and yeah, they don't run on electricity, they run on biocomponents and thirium. Two fictional substances/materials.

Nuclear endings are my favorite
WWII America intensifies
Its crazy how you can turn every character into either an antagonist or protagonist
