    YES! I'm sooo happy to see this. I am thinking of buying a supra in the next few months and everyone always does flex fuel kits. I just want to be able to run around 510-530hp on just 93, so thanks for this!

    Man these Pure turbos sure seem like a great way to go, I sure do love a full frame turbo though and am leaning towards that direction. Thanks for the info

      Full frame is worth the money spent, I can’t tell you how often I see people saying their pure turbo failed with less than 5k miles on it and not even pushing it to the limit

      @@drewsharps8179 the hybrid is a great option for factory appearance and best "bang for buck" upgrade. Esp If your max hp goals are in the 700/800whp range. Full frame kits obviously have their differences in price and also ability to flow alot more hp, so it's really up to what you want. We have our full frame billet Xona turbo kits we will be releasing soon, for customers who want a little different full frame option that is anywhere from 800-1000+whp capable also.

    Do you guys typically dyno the 8hp in 5th gear? I know 6th is 1:1, just curious.

    What tire spec do you reccomend for this power level on stock wheels?

    • @cesmotorsportofficial
      @cesmotorsportofficial  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@Lyon_Huynh street tires can hold this level of power, but maybe slightly larger size. We've run continental extreme contact 295 rear and would plant this Power level pretty well.

    Can you do all this same stuff on the BMW Z4 with the same engine? I have one but was under the impression nobody really mods them.

    • @cesmotorsportofficial
      @cesmotorsportofficial  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@Donkstrike yes you can. Same motor. But you are also correct in that not as many ppl modify their Z4's like they do with the supras, but pretty much exact same packages and power output we can do for the Z4 also.

    So DO88 is the best intercooler?

    • @cesmotorsportofficial
      @cesmotorsportofficial  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@insansiregar6158 for the price point, it's the best one we have tested yes. Obviously EOS is the absolute best we have tested and run on our shop supra, but for customers who want close to similar results of a higher end ic, plus the ability to run the stock engine cover without cutting, the Do88 MERA core is what we would recommend.

    Not a fan of pure turbos. The hybrid isn’t for me. Imagine the turbine housing is 100 cubic inches. Inside the housing is the compressor blades (inducer) which takes up 25 cubic inches. That leaves 75 cubic inches of air to fill the compressor housing. Now pure replaces the inducer to a bigger one with, for example one that takes up 50 cubic inches. That leads to 50 cubic inches left. So why go hybrid? Bigger inducer sucks in more air, which makes more power. Why do I not like pures? Turbo Efficiency. Changing the inducer does not change the area of the compressor or turbine housing. The max efficiency of the turbo is still the same as a stock turbo. A properly match turbo is more efficient and has higher power potential.

      I totally get what you’re saying and if turbo efficiency is the main focus of your build, I would have to agree with you on it. But if you’re not worried about turbo efficiency, and are more worried about price, pure turbos may be the better option. opposed to the other choices out there. In my opinion, what matters at the end of the day is what each individual consumer wants because it’s their money and their vehicle. I just try to respect all builds and opinions when it comes to car modifications.

      @@CarsOverPeople the Do88 4 piece cooling package is yes from what we have seen. The intercooler upgrade also holds its own for the price vs more expensive options.

      2jz is alive and well. 2jz stock bottom end has ran a 8.11 in the 1/4 mile. That’s over 1100whp. I think transmissions have progressed more than the engine
