ive been doing this since I could remember. It started when my mom was going to hospital alot and then it continued after i saved my Dads life when i was too small to reach the sink as he was having a heart attack. he described how he was feeling and i remember putting all my happiness into this imaginary bright white light it looked blue. eventually the doctor came out and said he didnt know what i did but I saved my Dad and it was a story my father never stopped telling.
As a massage therapist I second that.😉 And as a massage therapist , for those concerned with holding negative juju, I always do grounding work before a session which includes a mantra/ prayer of protection. Develop wording that feels right to you. I ask for guidance and protection and to return excess/negative energy to earth with harm to none. (Sharing in hopes that's it helpful in giving confidence to those getting their call and trying to find their groove!) And, it's a plus to 'leave your own crap at the door' so to speak..don't want to share bad juju... Journey on!

I did not even know this, when i moved my tomato plant to a bigger pot, I accidentally broke it off close to the root. I was very sad because of this and tied the two parts of it together with tape and planted it anyway, while genlty touching it and aoplogising to it for hurting it. I never even dreamed that this will work, but that tomato plant was healed and survived and is now thriving. I also still regularly touch it with loving and grateful intentions, however as I said, I never had the knowledge of the energy in my hands until today, so I must have subconsciously known this and now you have confirmed it. I remember learning some of this in massage therapy school! It was really fascinating, learning about the Chakras, governing and conception meridians, shiatsu, reflexology..... they also taught us to scan people, animals, plants and objects using your hands to detect different temperatures, inflammation, tension and coolness in muscles!
So , when moving your hands clockwise is that clockwise to yourself or clockwise to the subject ? As one will be the opposite for the other eg clockwise to you is anticlockwise to an observer.

I do feel that if the top hand is going clockwise than the bottom hand naturally goes clockwise as well if you're looking from below up at the hand. I can't say I've ever felt much difference going one way or the other, but maybe it's worth looking into this. In the kung fu style I practice when we touch somebody we first want to take their energy and mass into our centre and dissipated rather than thinking about going out at them so going counterclockwise would do that I guess. I think this is one of those so-called rules that's probably not really hard and fast, as an individual we can work a lot of things out for ourselves, especially out their stuff like this which is considered impossible by most of society. It's all experiment. My most powerful experiences often don't rely on the hands moving in a swirling direction, it feels more as if I am pressing in on some kind of energy object and feeling it and bouncing it back-and-forth. good luck!

Very interesting. The hand positions are called mudras in Hinduism and Buddhism. I'm familiar with manybof the topics discussed here; receiving energy with the left hand and giving it with the right, hand positions, healing with the hands hovering over the body, left right brain hemisphere interaction, psychometry and some more things that were mentioned from studying Jose Silva. There's a technique to stop or suppress pain or bleeding in your own body, which has worked for me if I meditate regularly and you don't need to be a Reiki or Qigong master to do them. I've been using my energy to turn an aluminum 4 spoked wheel on the top of a needle in a sealed jar for year's. Everyone can do this. Energy comes from the glass in your hands, finger tips and from your spot between your eyes. Point your fingers to the palm of your other hand back and forth about 1/2 inch to start. I've been playing with the energy flow for last two years, I'm able to generate it both from my palms and my fingers, the energy feels somewhat magnetic, as if I'm have magnets that retract from each other, sometims attract to each other. Is this the same you feel? I've been trying to move things like smoke and ash using it (I'm a smoker and i usually have an ashtray next to me when i meditate) but I've been unable to... Any advices?

I totally get what you were saying, I can do some things that blow me out and I often think if only I practice this all the time how far does this rabbit hole go? I am aiming to be much more dedicated and you should do you obviously have the gift. For me it comes and goes but I still practice even when I'm feeling nothing. Do you know those really light plastic balls that they use in children's ball pits? You can buy a bag of them really cheap from Kmart or some such and my kung fu students and I use them, we just hold them in our hands and it's incredible how they really switch on the energy in your hands. I had a physical education teacher in highschool who through a guided meditation taught his students about the energy that you can transmit through your hands. He practiced tai chi and taught us to do the same. I never really understood what the energy was but to this very day I can still conjure it up whenever I want. I've been able to use it to feel the energy flowing through trees and plants but I've never used it for anything practical since I could never tell if it was real or just a powerful figment of my own imagination. Either way I can still definitely feel it.

didn't realise i was doing proper healing technique my whole life lol. I always did those 3 things: intention, love and healing focused, and becoming fully aware of the process. I do this for friends/parents with headaches, only difference is I will touch - left hand on the forehead (pulling bad), right hand on the base of the head (giving good). It's usually only a few minutes so it's not a full heal but they definitely feel better after

I seem to attract people who want to use me whether for practical help I readily offer or my normally up beat positive energy. The same people oddly don't offer back nor want to be too close to me. This brings pain feelings of rejection. I notice how mostly in the west we're living in a celebrity culture drawn to successful, talented , fashionable people in the spotlight and the desire to become minor celebrities too. However I wonder how intimidating it might feel to actually get too close to our gods? How small would we become and fearful they'd see through us? I remember learning some of this in massage therapy school! I do feel that if the top hand is going clockwise than the bottom hand naturally goes clockwise as well if you're looking from below up at the hand. I can't say I've ever felt much difference going one way or the other, but maybe it's worth looking into this. In the kung fu style I practice when we touch somebody we first want to take their energy and mass into our centre and dissipated rather than thinking about going out at them so going counterclockwise would do that I guess. I think this is one of those so-called rules that's probably not really hard and fast, as an individual we can work a lot of things out for ourselves, especially out their stuff like this which is considered impossible by most of society. It's all experiment.
My most powerful experiences often don't rely on the hands moving in a swirling direction, it feels more as if I am pressing in on some kind of energy object and feeling it and bouncing it back-and-forth. good luck!

Very interesting. The hand positions are called mudras in Hinduism and Buddhism. I'm familiar with manybof the topics discussed here; receiving energy with the left hand and giving it with the right, hand positions, healing with the hands hovering over the body, left right brain hemisphere interaction, psychometry and some more things that were mentioned from studying Jose Silva. There's a technique to stop or suppress pain or bleeding in your own body, which has worked for me if I meditate regularly and you don't need to be a Reiki or Qigong master to do them. I've been using my energy to turn an aluminum 4 spoked wheel on the top of a needle in a sealed jar for year's. Everyone can do this. Energy comes from the glass in your hands, finger tips and from your spot between your eyes. Point your fingers to the palm of your other hand back and forth about 1/2 inch to start. I've been playing with the energy flow for last two years, I'm able to generate it both from my palms and my fingers, the energy feels somewhat magnetic, as if I'm have magnets that retract from each other, sometims attract to each other. I had a physical education teacher in highschool who through a guided meditation taught his students about the energy that you can transmit through your hands. He practiced tai chi and taught us to do the same. I never really understood what the energy was but to this very day I can still conjure it up whenever I want. I've been able to use it to feel the energy flowing through trees and plants but I've never used it for anything practical since I could never tell if it was real or just a powerful figment of my own imagination. Either way I can still definitely feel it.

didn't realise i was doing proper healing technique my whole life lol. I always did those 3 things: intention, love and healing focused, and becoming fully aware of the process. I do this for friends/parents with headaches, only difference is I will touch - left hand on the forehead (pulling bad), right hand on the base of the head (giving good). It's usually only a few minutes so it's not a full heal but they definitely feel better after
