When the FEMALE hosts has an ALTERNATIVE motive in not sharing with the Disapora who's seeking to relocate, it's not a favorable video!
Because we can't get a true vibe of what's truly occurring: within that particular content, strictly because of the biasness of the Hostess, sad to undermine viewers?
Every Disapora don't have the necessary funds to vist, visit, visit in making a sincere move?
All are not 401 equipped, and many disabled seniors are strapped, living on supplement, desiring to flee Babylon? 🕊🙏🕊
However I so appreciate this MALE hosess being quite open, and Carefree THANKS!.😊

I live near Palos Verdes Estates.I cannot afford it.175K i am coming.I am planning my retirement
What does a nice 2-bedroom apartment look like??? Affordable...nothing over the top...gee!!! Stop giving them South African people the idea that all African Americans are "Rich."
I think American TV has done that already oh yeah the movies too…
Duh🙄 we kno it very well that not all African Americans are rich, some can't afford to come here. Jus like any other person in any country.
Thanks Norman Hamilton I agree keep it down too Earth. $2.500 to $3.000 will be on my level also.👍🏿
With a $3000 monthly income you can afford to live in a 2 bed condo at the Pollo fields or any other Baldwin property development… it’s the first property they were talking about with those endless amenities. A good lifestyle in South Africa isn’t at all expensive or out of reach. The other two houses are for higher earners though. ❤
How do the common people live...just middle-class working everyday people. None of these over-the-top priced houses. $4.2 million...can a person with a $2,500.00 retirement income buy this house? No!!! Show something that everyday working people can afford...thank you. None of this day-dreaming fancy stuff. If you'll live in a $4.2 million house then show us your house???
Wow, that’s why a visit is crucial 2500USD is 40k South African Rand monthly that’s good money here in SA.
@@TRSA i think this person is a troll because all the houses you showed are less than $500K
Norma Hamilton check out the vedio were they were interviewed by Wode Maya showing their home, beautiful house in the same golf estates Blue valley estates with a swimming pool
