I literally just switched from Premiere to DaVinci after 7 years, and I spent an entire day trying to figure it out! You’re right, making the right choice at the beginning is crucial, because who wants to relearn something they KNOW they can do well enough in another program. Needless to say, I figured it out 😅 DaVinci is amazing!
Great video i use Final Cut as well and love it however for crossover between platforms i believe Divinci is a great option and cost affective. I have gotten away from adobe for everything.
I use Davinci Resolve, simply because it is free and soo powerful, but you can also just use the basics. And if you want to dive deep, you can learn so much. And the one time purchase is the best! Great video, keep up the dope work!
It’s crazy how many people I’ve seen swap over in the recent years! Like I said I haven’t used it much. But I’ve definitely got a lot of respect for everyone I’ve seen use it! And appreciate you big time for checking out the channel!
FCP , you can get it for $200 with student bundle, it comes with Final Cut Pro, Motion, logic Pro ,compressor, and MainStage I really can’t understand how people don’t know this and pay $300 for it? That’s wild.
Yup that’s how I got it in college. Adobe also has its own student discounts but I figured I’d target the overall audience who won’t have access to student discounts. Haha as a student I feel like I was alert to look for a discount at every corner already
I used Adobe Premiere for 7 years and finally switched to resolve last year. Everything feels so much more intuitive and they make hardware too which is super cool. Also the free version is good enough for 90% of users. I'm glad I left Adobe, paying a subscription for the rest of your life and them changing their terms of service to machine learn off of your work were the final straws imo 💀
So dope to hear it’s treating you good! I might do a lil more deep diving into it just to REALLY see what it’s all about. And yeah everyone is NOT having it with their new TOS! Glad to hear you’d stopped letting tear into your pockets!
Thank you

Love FCP! Are you using it to edit your TH-cam videos? If so, I’d be interested in knowing some of your favorites plugins etc for FCP.
Yeah I use it for my TH-cam! I’ll have to make that a video down the line for sure!
🔥
Thank you!
Pr is too laggy and unreliable to be so expensive. DRS is the lick.
I second that, If the company needing me to use it wasting paying for it no way I would be
