Lisa was an evil and abusive monster. She psychologically abused her daughter. Feeding a child is an act of love. It is the first thing a mother does when she holds her baby. She perverted that sacred trust between a mother and child. She saw potential in trash but not in her own child whom she failed to nourish. Her daughter reported being unable to even watch food preparation because it made her retch. She has to eat out for every single meal which is expensive, unhealthy and stressful too. Lisa was like a witch in a Grimm's fairytale.
I love Matt. He has a great awesome heart. 😘🥰 No judgement there only passion over his job and amazement towards the people he work with. Rather than say "We need more people like Matt", I will say, "I am inspired to be like Matt."
Well I'm sorry to hear that Lisa passed away she seems like a great woman with a great heart she was just severely sick with hoarding she went through a tough life being abused by her husband if she was able to at least die with some kind of Happiness that's all that matters rest in peace Lisa God bless you hope you're in a better place
I'm confused. He said she had a pretty good life but I was under the impression her hoarding began as a result of a very abusive marriage with a sociopath and she hadn't been the same since. Looking at her house it doesn't seem like a good life to me. Regardless grateful for this update and think it's pretty great he stayed in touch.
She's really smart if she can read in all those languages, in addition to an abusive marriage I also think her brain was so strong in intellectual abilities it kinda lacked in general maintenance because it was probably beneath her intellect, kind of like an Einstein/Sherlock Holmes situation
That would have been maybe the best bit of the whole season if she challenged him back, he then took even a nibble and said, 'You know what!? Your right, that's pretty good!
Stay up to date on all of A&E's premieres at aetv.com/schedule.
@A&E thanks for getting my hopes up and thinking that this was an entire episode instead of a clip.
Matt has an indelible goodness and grace in him that can only come when you’ve gone through your own battles. He has so much compassion.
“They smelled like sugar and butt...” this made me laugh so hard
Aww! RIP, Lisa. And her daughter & SIL was the nicest as well.
Did she die?
@@jacquelinerussell8530 - Matt said in the clip 8 years after the episode aired.
@@jacquelinerussell8530 Yes, go to 3:02.
There really is a fine line between genius and insanity. And insanity comes in many different forms, huh...
I love Matt. He’s so awesome.
"One of the best food Hoarders." 😂
R.I.P Lisa

she speaks like the lady fom the movie miss doubtfire. her roll was the woman from social securite service
Matt and Cory are true pros. Cleaning homes and changing lives. 🙏🏾
Idk why I’m so obsessed with this show ..some episodes are really hard to watch
When she ate that thing and Mark looked away in disgust. His head was turned during that whole snippet. I feel you, Mark
it's like, she ate a p.o.s.
pretty sure it was a piece of fruit preserve, like sugared prunes or something
I hope Lisa has as much food that never rots that she can cook with til her little heart’s content in Heaven 😇
That was so funny! He shouldn't have challenged her🤣🤣🤣 God bless y'all! This is one of my favorite shows!!!
Probably the only time Matt will ever be speechless.
Rest Peacefully Lisa♥️🙏
I don’t even want to imagine the smell 🤢
Matt the goat
Don't forget Corey
@@iwantmyfriescrispynotburnt3981 you’re right hes the best too
We need something to look forward to in 2020 & 2021, I vote for more Matt Paxton!
We have a "sugar and butt" running joke in our house because of this episode.
"The baby smells like sugar and butt, I think she needs a diaper change." "Dude, go take a shower, you smell like sugar and butt."
I actually loved this episode/hoarder. I hope she's done so much better in life.
Well, she died. So, in a way she did get better.

PKA brought me here. "It's a candy!" 😂
Matt you are a great guy. All I know that you don’t get paid enough to do what you do.
Omg. This was....
I have no words.

why didn't he take a bite to "get in the mindset of a hoarder" - like the sleepover segments?? :P
😂😂

How did she not get sick.
She died
@@frank.li.0912,Lol not right away,he said she died a couple years ago,I got sick from a bad watermelon,it was painful.
Lisa didn’t need Matt. She needed Gordon Ramsay
Or possibly both?
What season and episode is this 😳👀 I can't find it anywhere!!
Poor thing. This was one of my favorite episodes.
Matt, you’re a superhero.
Man I see one thing in my house just sitting there and I go throw it away 😂
