The project has been poorly executed… d apartments at the back of d mall ain’t coming up. They’ve sold d land. U can see new development there. The right wing of d mall was not built according to plan. Why pave d whole car park? Wer is d grass d palm tree n d fountain. Beautiful planned project but a sad end to it. Without d apartments d mall won’t survive. D mall is too big the people in d apartments would hv served as d first customers of d mall. Spintex has lots of shopping centers the apartments was d blood to this project. Sad
