How do you cut all the balloon pieces in different color and than place them on the card
What material did you use for the Happy Birthday? It looks like foaming. Or is it cardstock stock, if so why does it look very thick?
It is foam. Spellbinders has a great selection of glitter fun foam - it is pretty and easy to use 🤩
