  • Ice Cream Float | Mango Graham ice cream | Oreo Ice cream | Chocolate Fudgee Barr (easy recipe)
    Mango Graham ice cream float Ingredients:
    500ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
    150g condensed milk (chilled overnight)
    205ml evaporated milk (chilled overnight)
    4 tbsp mango powder
    3 pcs. fresh sweet mangoes, diced (more if needed)
    2 cups graham, crushed
    1/2 tbsp yellow food color(optional)
    Oreo ice cream float ingredients:
    3 cups oreo vanilla, crushed
    500ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
    150g condensed milk (chilled overnight)
    205ml evaporated milk (chilled overnight)
    Chocolate Fudgee Barr ice cream ingredients:
    10 pcs. chocolate fudgee barr, diced
    500ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
    150g condensed milk (chilled overnight)
    205ml evaporated milk (chilled overnight)
    1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional)
    Chocolate Ganache:
    250g semi-sweet chocolate
    1/3 cup evaporated milk
    Mango graham ice cream float:
    1) Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk and mango powder. Mix well
    2) Whip cream on high speed until doubled in size
    3) Gradually add mango-milk mixture and yellow food color. Then whip for another 3 min.
    4) Transfer ice cream mixture into a container and freeze overnight
    5) Assemble: Put 2 tbsp crushed grahams into the cup
    6) Add 1/2 tbsp diced mangoes
    7) Add 3-4 scoops mango ice cream
    8) Add another 2 tbsp crushed graham
    9) Add another 1/2 tbsp diced mangoes
    10)Add last layer of mango ice cream
    Oreo ice cream float:
    1) Combine condensed milk and evaporated milk. Mix well
    2) Whip cream on high speed until doubled in size
    3) Gradually add condensed milk mixture and mix for another 3 min.
    4) Fold 1 cup crushed oreo into the cream mixture
    5) Transfer ice cream mixture into a container and freeze overnight
    6) Assemble: Put 2 tbsp crushed oreo into the cup
    7) Add 3-4 scoops oreo ice cream
    8) Repeat steps for the second layer
    Chocolate Fudgee barr ice cream float:
    1) Chocolate ganache: Combine chocolate and evaporated milk. Stir until chocolate melts
    2) Ice cream: Combine condensed milk and evaporated milk
    3) Whip cream on high speed until doubled in size
    4) Gradually add condensed milk mixture and mix for another 3 min.
    5) Freeze for 3min. to 1hr.
    6) Fold chocolate ganache into the ice cream mixture
    7) Transfer ice cream mixture into a container and freeze overnight
    8) Assemble: Create swirls inside the cup using chocolate syrup
    9) Put chocolate fudgee barr into the bottom of the cup
    10)Add 4 scoops of marble ice cream
    11)Repeat steps for the second layer
