Hi Skip, yes that throttle looks like it’s open pretty far. That usually leads to dieseling after you shut off the car when it’s hot and I’m sure you know that, but maybe other viewers don’t. Let us know how the idle works out later. Sometimes I’ve had luck with adjusting the timing a little bit also to get my idle where I like it. That Quadrajet restoration looks beautiful. Great work!

@@wlc1980 these were originals, still in good shape….but saw some new at firebird central i think, check with don bassman at east coast trans ams
