It's hearing about trauma like yours that makes me so resentful that many will say we're supposed to thank those who harm us because it allows us the opportunity to heal and to grow. I don't even care how true that is, horrific crimes like that are never something I'm going to thank somebody for. I'm so sorry that happened to you and you're incredible for finding a way to heal through it.
I understand what you are saying and I am so sorry for what happened to you! Please love that child or version of you that was harmed. Allow that version of you to be seen and protected and held. Let that version of you be angry for what he experienced. Don’t focus on the person who did it. Only focus on you. Tell yourself, “You deserved better! You have a right to be disappointed and angry and hurt!” Feel the feelings that come up. Cry. Punch a pillow. Scream. Go there. Go to the deepest and darkest place that you have been afraid to go. Hold and love yourself there. Give yourself all the love that you deserved in that moment or moments. Love. Love. Love. And when you open your eyes you will see through your tears that you are healed. This is true because tears are streaming down my face. Sending you so much love.
One can both acknowledge the horror of trauma and say "that was not okay! I'm sorry that happened." (Especially to your inner child) whilst also being thankful for the experience as a lesson to learn more about yourself and the energies you attract into your life. It's karma, either you don't believe in it and get stuck in the Ego's dichotomy of victim vs oppressor, good and bad, or you believe in it and understand that you are the one who is responsible for attracting situations into your life in order to grow and develop. Whether you believe in it or not, the latter is the one that helps you actually escape the suffering. If you want to cling to resentment, understand that you will attract more situations that cause you to feel resentful.
FYI, I've been horribly abused myself and the only way to alchemize it (turn darkness into light ) is to have a perspective shift, release resentment and victim mentality, forgive and move on. The most compassionate people have gone through the darkest experiences. Deeply compassionate lightworkers such as Brittany wouldn't exist without having gone through hellish darkness. This is why we have to be grateful for the darkness/pain/suffering.

This resonates my 1st five years I was the only girl on my block and all the boys were my friends, Black, white, yellow, brown, indigenous and Hispanics all on the same block, my mother in horror had to move us away to a white neighborhood. I loved my friends, all of them. I was very liked and respected by my friends who were all boys, no girls on our block, I was the only girl. Cousins all boys as well. Thanks this helped me a lot.

I love that you share these experiences because although I've been traumatized as well from so many deceitful friends and family, I always attracted women who's been through a similar experience as yours. As an Empath raised by Narcissistic parents, it seems we open up to everyone, and as an Aquarian(Or a real human), I've never been one to be so judgemental with new soul's who cross my path. I'm so sorry what happened to you, and to be honest, I get very upset when a girlfriend tells me someone took advantage of them. Maybe that's why I still need to work more on myself because, naturally, I'm a protector. In jail, you'll learn quickly that any man who takes advantage of a woman is weak and not respected. I personally have only 2 sisters, and there are plenty of men just like me that will do anything to make sure no hurts them. Karma is very real and everyone had to take accountability, including me. Oh my goodness BRITTANY! I had the most intense weird ass dream & within - 2 days of it I bumped into 2 men that I lost contact with in the same day that loved me though I only allowed a friendship & both showed me the utmost respect appreciation & care for who I was at that stage within my life & the time in between both of these dynamics I experienced men who manipulated me in one way or another - a few good men & the rest were pain, trauma & ptsd though all blessings in their own way it taught me much about myself & how I’d allow anyone to love me - after those divinely aligned reconnections I was & still am smiling because though I don’t love them in that way I do & always have loved each & so it was such a beautiful moment with each that I am grateful for ❤❤❤

I just fell asleep. I had a dream with my last partner, it was so positive. So loving. It reminded me of how good he was to me. And so true. I got very hurt in this relationship, but after all he was such a good partner. I have been looking at him as someone who didn’t love me but that is not true. Thank you
The first boyfriend i had assulted me at 17 and i was so mean to myself for letting that happen that i let this guy be my first but i would get memories of a guy friend i had when i was 8 we would kiss and i didnt realize it at the time of how much he truly cared and i should stop beating myself up because i now see the guy friend as my first love experience

Brittney, perhaps your youthful masculine embodied in those men and memories is relegated to your shadow. If you can integrate that same energy they had, the energy of daring, play, courage, danger, and allowing yourself to have healthy boundaries through just being respected naturally (how men are to their friends for example). For me, this was the gold in the shadow. Integrating it allows me to connect to men, but also has made me complete. Not able to set boundaries my whole life as a girl and woman, now I have restored that brave lil MF who can literally do anything (my young healthy inner masculine) idk just a thought.

I had to revisit some very uncomfortable memories and feelings..to purge them.. it wasn’t a premonition but my subconscious trying to protect me.. I still had some issues with insecurity due to my ex etc and now that my guard is down with my new partner, my subconscious was trying to protect me again.. then I had such a dip in energy today.. and was able to understand what was happening as I purged them.. reiki really helped me release a lot

I had the most interesting vision during my dream time last night. I have astral projected to different star beings ships during dream time before including an Arcturian ship and a Pleiadian mother ship that had a rainbow aura emitting from it. On the Pleiadian mother ship I encountered several different star beings including ArchAngel Michael! After this astral projections I vibrated with the most beautiful positive energy I have ever experienced for several hours afterward! Last night I projected to a star beings ships during dream that had a vibration nothing like my other experiences!! I could sense the different resonance so I started asking the star beings questions. There were several different types and one said they were from a star system called Destin. I asked if they were part of the galactic federation of light and they said they had never heard of it. They claimed all star beings worked independently and were completely autonomous. I began extremely suspicious due to answers I knew in my heart to be false and a resonance that didn’t match. All of a sudden Mother Mary appeared as a small figure they tried to hide. I flew into a rage and said my DNA can be traced to the divine union of Yeshua (Jesus) and Mary Magdalene and a Pleiadian mother ship called the Mother Mary has been watching over me since the day I incarnated in this time and place!!! I then said my ancient name is El Shaddai and I am the highest God in all creation and immediately pulverized one of the star beings into a bloody heap. The star being that said they were from Destin immediately objected to the treatment of the other star being to which I reflexively punched the being in the nose and walked out. A different star being appeared as I was leaving and said I am so glad you are finally your authentic self!!!!! When I awoke I saw this reading about dreams as an affirmation!!!!!!!

I was wondering about a dream I had quite some time ago that was like really weird about a person from the past I was for some reason “with” in current time… and in reality I would never even be with that person (as it’s literally not possible in the present in any shape or form to be with that individual either). Maybe it was regarding clearing energy from the past in an odd way. That makes sense in an odd way of doing it… (Our brains are fascinating in sleep time!)
