And it was by William, she's the one who in the FNAF 2 minigames would give the gifts of life to every other child murdered by the monster who took her life.
Hey Zach, William killing Charlotte outside of Fredbear's is fully canon. There's a minigame in FNaF 2 where a purple guy (William Afton) kills a kid outside of a building which is undisclosed, and in FNaF 6, there's a minigame where the Security Puppet (The Puppet that was trapped in the box) goes outside and lays beside a corpse.
