This 3 is what I liked,
    1. Reading out load is more better than reading silently will increase your understanding.
    2. Use also my left hand for brushing teeth not only my right hand.
    3. Clinching for 90 sec both hands.
    Right hand for storing information
Left hand for recalling information.. I'll try this.. I don't want to try Chopsticks, I am a Filipino.. 😊

I can do this with a few things. Key word is few.

I've found that doing physical exercise improves motivation. The logic is that if I can more or less consistently wake up to put my body through physical stress, I can brush my teeth, wash my face, shower and etc. because those are way easier tasks to do.

...Funny, but all the things mentioned here i actually do subconsciously.... From the quick exercise movements, to the earplugs....and the envisioning of entire design in detail or entire collection.... and reading aloud important chapters of something I am studying....LOL.
Why? Because I have found them to be very effective… 👏👏👏❤️! ...and having a lifelong profession of a designer ( artist, fashion designer, industrial designer) definitely trained my memory and my creativity to the highest… I love being a designer and a creator, because it really keeps my mind super sharp… It’s the best feeling in the world!...
Ah.... and I always have a pencil in my hand…😂
