Oh man! Just a few weeks too late for me to use in my IFR check ride, but I passed anyway and I credit you and your videos with a lot of that success. Thanks so much for the amazing content!!
Hey Dan!! Thank you for everything. Passed my Instrument checkride earlier today. Did the last minute studying using your guide. Look forward to your commercial stuff
Thanks very much for posting this. My checkride is in a couple of weeks, and this will be helpful. A note on 100 hour inspections: in the situation you outlined (a flight school airplane), a 100 hour inspection isn't required. The 100 hour is required if the aircraft is carrying a person for hire or if flight instruction is being given and the instructor :"provides the aircraft". See 91.409b. Because a checkride is not considered dual received, no flight instruction is taking place. And the DPE is certainly not paying to be aboard. Now the reality is that a flight school airplane will be in compliance with the 100 hour inspection, but it isn't required for the checkride (and the club airplane I'll be using for my checkride won't be). I know it's a small point, but a 100 hour inspection question was the final question on my private pilot oral, and I'm not likely to ever forget it!
Yeah, I think what I was trying to say was the flight school planes will have a 100 hour done due to the instruction requirement, but it's not needed for the checkride.
Downloaded and studied it thoroughly for my Instrument check ride. Passed it with ease thanks to this study guide. Showed it my examiner after the test and he was impressed with it and even took a picture of the first page and then told his PPL applicant about it.
I suspect it's going to be too late, but I'd love one of these for my commercial checkride, but I'm going to be taking that in a couple of weeks so I doubt it'll be there.
MEL 9:31 I've always understood a Master Minimum Equipment List to mean the items that can be inoperative and the conditions that must be met to go fly - please help me! I love your videos.
Thank you for sharing this. Check ride in a week so this is proving to be a helpful refresher. I'm wondering if the fine print on reading winds aloft is incorrect? (Page 15). It states "when wind forecast is over 100 kn, 50 is added to the direction and 100 is subtracted from the wind". Isn't it 50 subtracted from direction and 100 added to wind? I went back and watched when your TH-cam videos and I think you also may have it backwards there as well. Or I'm just way off and I'm happy to be corrected. Can anyone chime in and help me?
it sometimes takes a bit for the email to come through or gets caught in spam. Email us at training@flight-insight.com and I'll send it to you directly
That test is not good, the government shouldn’t be involved. We have a right to travel. And the businesses know much more than the government about all of this. Don’t trust the government. God bless America.🇺🇸⛪️😀

Great presentation. Thanks for sharing this nicely laid out steps.
My checkride is going to be Friday the 13th so I’m definitely using this
Just study the ACS. DPE has to follow it and your copies have to match versions. They can’t test on anything other than what’s on the ACS.
You truly are amazing! Thank you so much for all you do

Thank you nonetheless.

Checkride is sometime in the next two weeks. Couldn't come at a better time
This is awesome!
Any heli related ones? I know fixed wing is very similar but there are some distinct differences.
MEL 9:31 I've always understood a Master Minimum Equipment List to mean the items that can be inoperative and the conditions that must be met to go fly - please help me! I love your videos.

The gotcha question at 10 mins in is required because of letter of interpretation Letts 2017
do this for IPC without upseak!
I signed up for the newsletter on the website, but never got a link to the PDF. Does it come in a later email, or am I missing something?
it sometimes takes a bit for the email to come through or gets caught in spam. Email us at training@flight-insight.com and I'll send it to you directly
Can you please do this for commercial next? (I am a current paid student in your commercial ground)
That’s the plan!
Hey! Just a heads up that my iPhone really hated this PDF file for some reason. Keep freezing the Files/PDF viewer apps.
Thanks. It might work better if you download it, rather than view it straight off the site.
is the pdf free for students?
Do you have something like this for PPL?! 👀
Yo what’s the narrators @
