Gallifrey Stands feels like it's that card that, once drawn, just starts playing "I Am The Doctor" as you reach over and meticulously pull each doctor out of the graveyard.

Idk if anyone ever explained, but those aren’t full art cards, they’re extended art cards. MTG’s full arts are full arts, just a lot rarer (and idk if they exist in this set)

Don't know if you'll read here, but Planeschase has been around for a LONG time, not just for Doctor Who. All of the Planeschase cards included are brand new cards for Planeschase, but there are almost 100 other cards set on MTG Planes from two different Planeschase-focused sets.
The "collector boosters" are so expensive because they're for whales and resellers, for whom most of a normal booster is completely pointless. They're not supposed to be worth it, they're supposed to be marginally more cost-efficient if you only care about foil rares and things. They put exclusive stuff like the tardis frame in them in the hope that some normal people will buy one anyway, and they put crap like the wide art cards in to pad them out so the huge spenders are never done.
As a life-long fan since the 3rd doctor, the series ended with 12. Absolutely cannot support any 13 merch, so a real shame the deck with 12 is a waste. Looking forward to the other decks, though

The card is thick because the holographic foil has a habit of curling the card after a length of time. This thickness prevents the curling.
