    I've always loved your vintage pin cushions. I like to make them in the lid of mason jars so it fits on top and can still open, I fill the jar with sewing notions for gifts. I have a vintage mouse with cheese planter that was my grandmother's I think I'll make one with it, thanks as always for the inspiration.

    You've done an amazing job of recreating vintage fabric. The colors and patterns are spot on. I watched your 'about me' type video, and discovered you grew up in the time frame when these colors and patterns were popular, and that you grew up around sewing, quilting ladies. I had a somewhat similar experience, and distinctly remember the fabric of the day. I'm always scouring flea markets and yard sales for vintage sheets, pillowcases, kitchen linens, etc., because I love the prints and designs. If I could sew, I'd buy every fabric you put out. They are lovely.

    • @LoriHolt
      @LoriHolt  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Cathie, I just turn the edges under when gathering and I don't need glue because there is a groove in the clothes pin top that I just knot off there and the edges fit nicely in that groove. 😀

    Hello there !
    Wonder if you could make a pin cushion on top of a rectangular hand watch, more like an Apple Watch in shape and size.
    I have an old watch that does not work anymore
    but has a great bracelet easy to put it on or take it off from wrist. It would work great as a wrist pin cushion. This idea might work for many women sewing out there who need a pin cushion “traveling” with them from Sewing machine to the iron board and to the cutting table.
    TYIA !

      Hello Rose, I buy it from some craft stores and on Amazon...however it has been a little hard to find right now because of the pandemic.
