Dalton Knecht scored 36 points as Tennessee overcame an 11-point deficit with 6:24 remaining to defeat Georgia, 85-79, in Athens.
It was Knecht's second game of the season with 35+ points. Zakai Zeigler added 18 points and five assists while Jonas Aidoo chipped in a double-double with 10 points, 15 rebounds and five blocks.

Defense is elite, but need to work on points after TOs. We needlessly take contested layups at the rim when we could kick it out for open 3 or (even better) find the trailer for the easy dunk. I know they're coached to take it to the rack, but use your head and find the open shot!! With that said, Knecht is a monster and will hopefully help the Vols make a deep run! VFL 🟠
