I'm very glad I don't have to clean my clothes with a rock by a stream. I like having a refrigerator, chest freezer, washer and drier(it's 14° this morning. My clothes would freeze, not dry hung on the clothes line). My car, tiller, lawn mower, chipper, shredder etc. I also like electricity and natural gas coming to my house.

Saturday Lives are also special, people ask for specific prayers and unspoken prayers and we have a prayer led by Danny at the end. I personally pray for them all each day and I firmly believe I have received prayers from people there and give the praise to Jesus. Thank you Danny and Wanda for everything you share with us.
Thank you Danny. We know the time is short. I just sent a detailed message to my non believing friend, he has been told before but he needs to know. Praying for his and others salvation, many times a day.
We were gifted an antique meat cleaver several yrs ago by an older gentleman. He was the security guard at our small hospital here where my husband and I worked. This thing is super heavy and pretty rusty. I keep it in my kitchen and have used several times. Love it!!!! The gentleman has long since passed, but always think of him when I use it.
My husband went in a hardware store and asked them for a 20lb splitting maul and they were shocked lol they sold him a 8 pounder. So this week he made himself a 16lb maul. Men these days dont swing an axe anymore.
I have an antique meat cleaver that my Dad gave me. My husband made me a new handle for, a chore because he had to bore out the old rivets. Then he put a new edge on it. It’s a really heavy, very nice piece. My Grandpa was a meat cutter who owned several grocery stores. He knew the importance of a quality knife. As far as end time prophecy, just make sure your wicks are trimmed and your lamp is full. Thanks Danny Shalom
It's 44 here in England today. They are trying to mess about with our beef and dairy here. Giving additives in the feed. The supermarket shelves are full of milk, cheese, cream and meat. No one will buy it. Everyone is researching for farm's that don't use it. I try to buy vintage cutlery, cheese graters etc from thrift shops, made in England, Sheffield steel. I buy leather shoes and get them mended at the cobbler's. New sole and heels. It's getting difficult to find a cobbler now, there used to be two were l live.
Good luck to you too 🍀, our farmer's are blocking the port's, a protest against the tax on farm's. There's talk of black rock trying to buy up family farm's apparently.
Bovaer. It's added to the feed to reduce methane, from cow farts. It contains 3-nop (nitrooxypropanol). It's a skin and eye irritant. Poor cows. I wonder if the outcome will be a bunch of dead cows. It's disgusting what these monsters come up with to support their fake narrative.
Thanks, Danny for porch time. I appreciate you and Wanda taking the time out to do this for us. Didn’t even know a lot of the stuff that you even tell us I just thank God that he left you continue to do this. God bless you both.🙏🙏
Good morning Danny! I am from your generation, my husband and I have a couple CUB tractors, and a International SUPER A tractor that was my great uncles tractor. His tractor isn’t the prettiest tractor (it was used and you can tell it was used) but it still runs like a charm. We do plant our gardens with a two row COVINGTON planter that we bought about 11 yrs ago. I collect and use kitchen utensils, there’s nothing like the older stuff. I’d rather have anything “vintage or antique” than new any day. Just the other day my 15 yr old grand daughter and I were making a sweet potato soufflé. I had her use one of my old potato mashers that belonged to my grandmother, one from STANLEY home products, and had her melt the butter in a pan on the stove. Kids need to know how to do things the old timey way. Thanks for this Porch-time!
It’s mid 40’s in southern Indiana. But gonna drop to 20’s tho. Became grandma yesterday to a baby boy. I’m 69 so that was a late blessing. Have a good day Danny and Wanda.
i inherited all my big brother old hand tools. thanks to a little vinegar on the metal and THANKS to you Danny for teaching me about linseed oil for the wood. I've restored them all. I even restore my old chicken coop.
Monkeywerx reports on the sniffers and other air traffic. He has pointed out similar patterns. Love how you bring together what I hear from others that I listen to.
I am always picking up old garden tools/kitchen supplies from yard sales. No one else ever looks at these things. I look at them as a GEM! Most of the time I get them for a song! Love my old tools. They were way better! Especially love, kitchen supplies like stainless steel spoons and bowls. Trust me I know the difference. We have a lot in common on this issue.😊
I do the same KimmysGarden. What gems I find. My kids won't know what to do with them when I'm gone. But I try to help them understand. I tell them it may not mean much to you right now. But remember these things Grandma has said. One day you might understand it all better.
Something else too. I do feel like the Lord has been leading me to learn more about having some type of solar powered power stations. I don't know anything about it. I don't have much help. But I Always TRY, when I'm at a complete loss of knowledge and resources. God Always puts me in the middle ground to keep me moving forward. He truly is Amazing. I give him all the Glory for every Good thing in my life. Again this is my experience over many years speaking. Love you both. Thank you for all you do.
There are many TH-cam videos about the different types. Under the Median has done a good one about Oupes brand. It can be charged while running, which is not recommended. Some cannot. I feel led by the Lord the same way.
I have many Hand tools that my grandpa had from the 20’s and 30’s. I still use them today. Many handles are oak. And still perfect. He used them so much that handles like his hammers have been worn from where he held them. That is so special to me. I watched him work with them as a kid. Priceless.
I got an old Dexter cleaver that I was given, as the manager, when a 80 year old German restaurant finally closed back in the ‘90’s. It’s a blueish high carbon steel blade and weighs probably 2 pounds. Mr. Eddie, the long time prep guy, and WW II vet, used it daily and gave it to me. It never saw a whet stone: but saw multiple strokings, daily, on a honing steel. Super, SUPER sharp. Just the weight of the clever on a ripe tomato results in a transparently thin slice
Thank you for another porch time. Been collecting hand tools for quite some time. Kind of partial to using them. Learned to use those before my dad would let me use any power tools. Take care and god bless

I agree I have been picking up pieces of old cook wear here and there for years I have my stainless steel and my cast iron, been getting rid of the plastic and going with glass and got a good wood cutting board to go with my glass one . Nowadays it's made quick and cheap usually from China and made to need replacing, If you can find older quality products it's better than having to spend your money 10 x on cheap knock offs
I have missed watching Porch Time and you and Wanda’s videos. It has been a crazy couple of months with women’s mission at church and the Ladies auxiliary at our volunteer fire department. My husband has some on his dads tools, they are still the same workhorses they use to be. He can’t use them any more due to severe strokes but I now put them to use as I do everything. Good morning Mr Danny and Ms Wanda. Agree that today's items are just made cheaper and for a throw away society. Nothing lasts. The unfortunate truth is that it's our fault wanting cheaper items and not wanting to pay for quality items. Try to buy the best I can afford but even then items didn't last. Good morning brother. You forgot the "E" in deception :) You are right. They don't make them like they used to. Is it because of greed or materials getting low?
My oldest gave me a real long spoon, that will reach the bottom of my big canning pots for my birthday about 6 yrs ago. When that spoon was handy, I've grabbed that spoon to use for digging in my heavy clay garden soil. I have never had an old spoon as sturdy as my new one.
My youngest son (recently turned 21) rebuilt a Ford deereborne 14-2 that we got from an auction. It was still missing 1-2 things that we could never find the parts of, he had a heck of a time finding the teeth to replace. But i worked & i loved cutting with it. He traded a guy who was needing one to help his elderly dad cut corn stalks down in Mexico. We bought a Massey Ferguson sickle bar mower from my dad & it works great with our Ford 8N & we use it on our 1972 international diesel bucket loader. I like finding the antique tools (kitchen or outside stuff) none of this sort of stuff was passed down in the family, if the older family didn't give it to who wanted it when they were alive, the one's who didnt want it pitched it. I just dont have the money to buy all the old item's, my dad keeps telling me I'm to old for this or that, dealing with farming & livestock(& i might be getting there, I'll be 55 next yr)but I'm not there yet. Just have some aches & pains paying me back for the fun I've had growing up. I don't let it run me, take advantage of breaktimes now. Lol I feel like i was born at the wrong era. Probably not.
I am looking forward to your upcoming videos on how to handle all the events that are and will be occurring. I only have an acre, but I am making the best use that I can to be as self sufficient as possible. After that, my trust will be in the Lord. Thank you for another good Porch Time. Blessings to you both!!

@@farmerjerome685 I also live in North Carolina in the Piedmont area. I am on the outskirts of all the towns on 135 acres and love every minute of it. People thought we were crazy when we bought there 30+ years ago,….Everyone said you better get your milk, bread and groceries before you go home, lol now it seems we are everyone’s envy. And I don’t particularly care for that word but it’s the truth. I say it was a pretty good call on my part because my husband is from the city, but I was raised on a farm and could not handle living in such tight quarters at a housing development. Nothing against it it just was not the way I was raised… now both of my boys that have built on our homestead and Grammy is right in the middle of it all. Love it!
I've got an old timer skinning knife my brother gave me for Christmas when I was 18 or 19. Still got it, super easy to sharpen. Blade is stamped made in the USA, still have the original sheath also.
When I go to second hand stores etc I always look for old wooden handled cooking utensils and wooden handled knives!! I have a bunch lol but I love them!! I also inherited some from mom they are old but so much more functional than any of my new ones!!so I definitely understand. I have three colanders but the one I use is an old metal one that only has two of the three feet on it but it’s the best one!!❤

I am building an ark like you on 2.5 acres with 5 greenhouses and 39 kinds of figs and 5 kinds of poms in zone 8a nw cali at 3600 ft. Only 120 frost free days in 2024. I have satsuma mandarin, loquat, meyers lemon, calamondin, bearrs lime and kumquat too. Got some black muscadines a year ago from near you i just planted in my greenhouses.
Just wanted to say i was given 2 greenstalks last Christmas. I love them. They are awesome for string beans & lettuce. Great for a patio . Must be on a flat hard area. The round dolly to spin it is extra$$$ but worth it. If you pick your string beans every day. The plants last for multiple picks. We still have a large plot but its one less thing to weed.hope this is helpful . Might try one instead of a raised bed in your greenhouse💕💕💕Nj
I have 4 of the tallest green stalk. I love them also. I agree that Green beans do fantastic in them. I put my strawberry plants on the top three tiers so my dogs can't take them, then herbs, beans, nasturtium. I wish I had room for more. I love that I don't have to weed one one section.

Lol
I feel like i was born at the wrong era.
Enjoy porch time as always
❤Thank you for Porch time 🤗
Makes sense about the quality of knives...my Wustoff knives were purchased about 2011 and they don't stay sharp. New areas outlined new Madrid fault. Ty D and W for all you are, we're blessed to have access to the knowledge you share.❤
Where can I find the new areas of the New Madrid?! I’m in the bootheal of the Ozarks. Salem MO.
The weather in Ga is unpredictable at best. It’s been so cold her and not just at night. It has been in the low 20’s at night and barely at 50 during the day. Woke up this morning , 3:45 an, 62 degrees and supposed to get up to 70.
Don't I know it, lol.
LOL!! I keep telling our
cows "clean up your hay before you can get some more". We have perennial peanut hay here. Thank you for sharing. God Bless you all!!!
Yep, we are there. Be ready

Good morning 😊 Mr Danny and Mrs Wanda. My God continue to bless and keep you both
Morning, Danny. Life's chaotic right now but I try to never miss a Porch Time!
Thank you. I live in North Carolina
Love it!
Got my coffee so give it to us!
Thank you Danny
WOW WHEN POP UP AGAIN FOR ME TO WATCH I WATCH MAYBE I MISSED SOMETHING SEASONS GREETINGS AMEN
I've got an old timer skinning knife my brother gave me for Christmas when I was 18 or 19. Still got it, super easy to sharpen. Blade is stamped made in the USA, still have the original sheath also.
Love Porch Time. Bless you!
Thanks, Danny.
Good morning. Thanks for porch time. Enjoyed the video. Blessings.

First off I want to send prayers 🙏 to people in California from the 🔥 fires.
Good Information !
LOL, the rolling out the hey stuff, had me laughing, I love this show!
I wish I could just hang out with you and chat, I am a respiratory therapist pretty much retired still licensed, I stepped away to start a daycare so I could watch my grandkids. In 2 yrs they will be in school and I would like to be able to jump deeper into helping others holistically as you are considering. Could you please help guide me in the most reputable schools I should consider with my medical knowledge I have now moving forward. I am only self taught and taught by I you ❤ at this point. I want to help people see the whole picture how to take care of themselves as a whole with the support of all God has given us here on earth. Thank you for your time in reading and responding to our comments it means alot. I'm in southern Maryland and I'm hoping to meet you one day and one of your classes sometime ❤.

@ Morning to you all as well.
Talking about sniffers, they are flying over Washington DC. A fellow I watch on youtube, works in DC and he was showing them fly over.
Danny good morning and God bless you sir
Morning
Good morning Mrs Wanda and Mr Danny ❤
Good morning!
8:30 am the rain has started here in central Al. Blessings ❤
Today is 12- 10 😊
Just wanted to say i was given 2 greenstalks last Christmas.
They already have a couple of them.
I have 4 of the tallest green stalk. I love them also. I agree that Green beans do fantastic in them. I put my strawberry plants on the top three tiers so my dogs can't take them, then herbs, beans, nasturtium. I wish I had room for more. I love that I don't have to weed one one section.
Good morning from Ohio. 30* now. Dropping to 5* to 10* Wednesday night. I used to like the cold and snow. I am 74 now and like the spring and fall better.
God bless and have a wonderful blessed day
I love you both. Danny could you do a porch time concerning the value of experience. the younger ones seem to look to google for answers and disregard the value of experience. God love them all. I feel it's our responsibility to Try to bridge the gap. With my Beautiful grandson it's a bit difficult. Because he believes Google is always the correct answer. Thank you. God bless you both.
I’ve forked, garden clawed and garden weaseled my 20x16’ garden when I was told it wasn’t the right time in March in MO. I had the largest crops until frost and beyond with covers
Good morning. I love Tuesday porch time. Thank you.
God bless you and Wanda! You sure bless me!❤️🙏

A wonderful video today! Thanks!
Alot to go through in this video. Thanks for putting it out there.
I'm in Ga, sister in Kansas, brother in Fl. Oh, boy!
I have my great grandfather’s natural gas cast iron stove on our enclosed patio. It’s well over 100 years old and his meat cleaver which I constantly use. I love to cook but I refuse to cook on our electric range inside.
Good morning 🌞
Good morning!
