While taking turns towards the opposite lane (at night) people use indicator (I appreciate it) but with a high beam due to which indicators are not visible to the person coming from front and the chances of collision increase. So they should use low beam while taking turns. I have experienced this so many times.
Yes. High beam is never advised when you can see oncoming traffic. Only use when needed on highways with good dividers.

Yeah It's true Even when i drive at night people use so much high beam that i am unable to see upcoming traffic. especially those who drive SUVs they think that they are only the king of the road no car can match them and they even feel very proud by driving at high beam... Indian Government is least concerned about it they should make a rule that use high beam only at very dark place or in emergency.....

Exactly!!! You should not use hazard lamps anywhere you want. I am a driving instructor in maruti driving school. when i give trainee a theory class they argue me about the use of the hazard lamp that they can use it anywhere.

there is no harm pal sir. but by using it anywhere you decrease the value of it. it is used in hazardous conditions, and not anywhere. in rain you can use it if the condition become like gagan sir explained in video.

No, it gives wrong indication to those who are on the sides, they get the indication that it is going to turn towards them !!!! Too scary. Now people start ignoring thinking that both may be blinking and one might override the indication of turning and get hit side-wise. hope you see my point.
no, it's not correct. there is a GIVE WAY sign board on the intersections or a STOP sign board, so you have to give way to the oncoming vehicles first the only you can move.

This is a problem really , especially Taxi drivers should be educated. Even my well educated friends also prompted me many time while entering the tunnel to switch on the Hazard Light. I asked him , then how do you do lane changing indication?
Basically its complete lack of driving education. RTO and driving schools should teach these rules and usage.
Another BIG problem is Turn Indicators.
Some vehicle keep on the indicator to just let you pass by them but some really want to indicate where they want to turn,
Especially on the highways while over taking at that speed (normally high speed) it is so dangerous to know whether the car front of you is turning to the side indicated or giving you the side...Very Very confusing. And this has started happening all over the India....suddenly. So now people do not ask for the side nor wait for it...they overtake from the side available..I found the truck drivers have become more disciplined now a days, follow all the indications, rules etc better on the road.

Nice one and to the point, Bro Gagan. By using loosely many people are reducing the gravity value of "Hazard message" - it starts / seems trivial because of misuse. Will it be a good idea if manufacturers put a speed limit of 25 kmph so that it should not be blinking when speed is 25 kmph or more. Also whenever a door is opened - Hazard Lights should start blinking apart from Sudden Braking, Bonnet open and Boot open -- these should be made mandatory safety features. DRLs or Pilot Lamps (always on) should be made compulsory. One more thing that you missed is people use it for indicating straight movement, but it gives a sense to one who is on the left that the vehicle is turning left and one who is on the right thinks that it's turning to right. This is ridiculous - Hazard Lights should not be used to indicate straight movement in a traffic / road junction. I feel that Yellowish Light Fog Lamps should be made mandatory in all cars in India, with an option of blinkers which can be used as to indicate straight movement. Hope you will create more awareness about all these after examining them thoroughly and make sure that these suggestions reach the Government and other Institutions for Road Safety. Additionally, if there could be a sensor which works with respect to speed of the vehicle and gives alarm whenever the distance in the front is less than safe distance, because the safe distance / braking distance increases with speed which we normally fail to calculate practically -- this sensor may reduce rear-hit cases. Bro Gagan, Please share your thoughts on these suggestions . . . . (everyone can spare and share a thought or two - most welcome!!!)
1. Speed 25 or less -- then only Hazard Lamps should work,
2. Automatic flashing of HLs whenever (i) a Door is opened, (ii) Sudden Braking or Accident / Gone out of control / too much jerky ride, (iii) Bonnet Open, (iv) Boot Open.
3. Mandatory Pilot Lamps (always on) / DRLs ,
4. Mandatory Yellowish Fog Lamps both front and rear with blinkers (a touch and it blinks for 5 or 10 seconds).
And also I request for your thoughts and understanding about gadgets -- can there be a simple gadget that gives a fair idea of too much proximity with the vehicle in front with respect to different speeds -- more the speed it allows more gap with the front vehicle and gives alarm when too close. I've noticed another 'interesting' but strange usage of these hazard lights in some states. The turn indicators are indicated a turn to the respective side, and the hazard lights are turned on when they want to drive straight through a crossing without turning, and switched off once through. Its become so much of a norm that I realized if I didn't follow it, I was creating confusion for other road users. So like it or not, I had no other option but to do the same lest I get hit from the rear.
Well it's a foolish practice, On square or circle we have only four direction to move, backwards which will on your backlight, turn left or right by giving turn indicators, if all these are not true then its obvious you are going straight.

One suggestion. If you had included reasons as to why it's dangerous to use this when not required, it would've been even more effective. For example, ek side se dekhke aisa prateet ho sakta hai ki gaadi mudhna chaah rahi hai.
