Yea! Finally some time devoted to the kitchen oven! We also have an old stone oven in the kitchen which I'm pretty sure will give us some surprises. Good idea flexing the hood to make it a bit smaller. (and to not bang your head).

Beautiful work. It's always great to hear more about your renovation. Do people use their wood ovens in winter to dry out their houses? Do you have other working fireplaces for that purpose? And is there a plentiful supply of wood for burning?

Thanks! Not every house has an oven or a fire place, so it totally depends on the house. :) Regarding wood: Most forests you see on the archipelago are wood plantations and since the demand is not too high, there is enough wood!
