Hello Andi. I like your recipes. I have a concern regarding your pickle making process. You are using plastic containers to store and big plastic or aluminum bowls for mixing. In this advanced generation plastic and aluminum is a big no. You are taking so much care to make the pickles. While using the plastic or aluminum containers - when you mix salt, acidity from the mangoes will definitely create a bad chemical reaction, which is not good for your health or for the people whom you are selling the pickle. Hence my humble request is to stop using plastic or aluminum. Pickle buyers please do not encourage plastic or aluminum. Thank you for your recipes. ❤
