I haven’t played super Mario 3d world in more than a decade, this was a huge wave of nostalgia. I remember playing this with my mom and little sister and we completed the entire game. This game was so fucking fun and I’m considering buying a switch just for this game. Great speedrun!

@@condude2464 have you gotten your fan replaced recently? Because I ran into the same problem and it’s because something had to be unplugged for the fan to be replaced

I did think you had beaten Vallu's run until I realized this is on the Bowser's Fury version on Switch, although I don't know if both should be counted as separate versions. But great job on this speedrun.
@@simondurham4752 I understand the speed, as you move faster in the switch version, but the mechanical difference you’re talking about doesn’t make very much sense because you can load both from an emmc based NAND, so load times should be about the same
When you complete a level for a 4player clear, wouldnt it be faster if the cat player goes first so the grip timer starts while you jump with the other stack?
I hate that when you get all 100% collectibles, there is no special fanfare. It was super underwhelming finishing Champions Road 5x and there was no special pop-up aside from Congrats you finished every level with X
Yes, 100% includes all stamps, meaning you have to beat each level twice in the speedrun to get the 5 character stamps. 380 is only green stars so it is around 3-4 hours quicker

They should be. There’s a speed difference and a mechanical difference in the switch version that makes it faster.
