Reminding me so very much of family gatherings when I was a kid... 🥰 And my Hakka gran's specialty was also that braised pork marinated in red fermented beancurd (lam yu) with wood ear mushrooms! I love all your videos Kirsty, especially the food-focused ones. 😍 You're half a world away yet I can absolutely recognise the warmth and love flowing through that household 💖

I literally drooled on my phone watching this 😂. 3 tier vermicelli scallops, home grown choy sim and a hubby named fan having to love eating fan 😂😂 fun times ❤ special shoutout to your dad, he should start a restaurant!
