- Here is the super tiny Hitachi CP-88R walkman, it is probably the most tiny walkman ever made during the (real) walkman years!, it does come with a bookcase box and a tuner cassette and a slide on recorder thing, it is soo tiny you can see the cassette stick out on the sides!, the sound is also not bad and the knobs work really nice and sturdy, more like a much more big walkman :-)
The little walkman does work on 2 aaa batteries, I do not kno how long as I
do not use this walkman very much as it is super rare, but I was lucky to find a rather mint one in the box :D - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี
That is the coolest cassette player i have ever seen.
Thanks :-) but it is rather rare!
That's a really interesting little walkman!!! Very nice any small thing, and the radio cassette is also a really good idea. I've seen a Fisher Walkman before that uses a radio cassette too.
awesome ...if you like moving parts mechanical parts ...then we should bring back the Walkman.
That is an awesome Walkman.
The Toshibas used radio packs. KT VS 1 KT AS 10 (another cute and tiny walkman). My favorite is the sony double sided wm w 800. It can record from radio or from another cassette!!
Now this is one that I wanna find. Nice piece
Could be!, but also the cassette deck was not very well when I made the recording in 85 or 86 :o
The tape is also more as 20 years old!
Thanks!
Thanks :D
perfect
Never seen one of these before I wonder why there is not too many of these out in the world? Was this i ONE Year production manfactured?
That would probably be a toshiba KT-S1 walkman!
I have one also, I must make a video one day!
:D
My God Mother's ex-husband had a Toshiba personal stereo like this one, it had a radio tuner cartridge thing like this one, you inserted the cartridge in the tape well, and there were cut outs in the door for the tuning dial. The Toshiba unit didn't record like yours but it had Auto Reverse, and the rewind and fast forward buttons were mounted on the door. He also had an external battery pack that held 2 D size batteries, and it connected to the AC Adaptor jack. How common are units like this
wow cooooool!
Wel goeie muziek :-)
Kool!
Thanks, I have lots of 80s tapes still also!
Yes I love it very much this walkman, also because
it is verry uncommon in every way
There are more 80s walkmans that use cassette tuners!, lots even
More Thanks :D
The new belt are now on it, but it does play the same I think, must be normal for this walkman
you are so cool, you got the same fable
😯
I don't know the model number, I last used the thing about 12 or 13 years ago, if you make a video of your unit, i may be able to tell you if it's the same one or not. Do you plan to make more videos soon?
Thanks! :-)
And you only did see about 10% of my walkmans !!
:D
More to follow!
