Question. So many people have told me not to sumerge baby as water gets in her ears and can get an ear infection? Is this right?

If you are worried check with your doctor. I have taught thousands of babies in the last 45 years and have not experienced any problems.
Use a special cotton bud that restricts how far it goes inside the child's ear canal.
This will keep dry and avoid middle ear infection.
