@@phumudzoprecious378 it just works extra hard, kickdown goes to 2nd, mostly in 3rd gear and barely gets to 4th for cruising. It's an old skool box no matter how it can be advanced.
This car has so much potential. Add a HKS supercharger, a good intake and exhaust and some rear disc brakes to that manual, and you have a potentially exciting hot crossover hatch.
Well done brada , I am actually thinking of going to Eastgate branch to test drive one ,Suzuki should have just let those seats grey not this chepichepi colours , but anyway is a budget mini SUV we can forgive that, also since I saw those baleno Mac reems I am so I love with them that they are nicer than this once, but overall I am still stuck , between Baic, and Omoda5, now fronx is here and cheaper. But brada I will also wait for your next full review in details.
A lovely car but I don't understand why Suzuki don't bring in a petrol turbo for people who wants a bit more performance.. But otherwise... you can't go wrong with a Suzuki
The battery is very small, does nothing to aid the engine, only partially helps with start stop now and then. It can't run the car over even a small distance. In fact the Manual naturally aspirated 1.5L GLX long termer is much better.
I wish I knew Suzuki was going to launch this, I would’ve waited to buy a new car. I loved the Swift, but it doesn’t have all the features like proper headlights, etc. and the Brezza is just too much of a family car
@randyorton393 I didn’t buy the Swift because it didn’t have all the features that I wanted, but my brother-in-law has one and I have to say it’s a solid car. My friend drives a 2010 model and 13 years later still loving the car, cheap on maintenance, light on fuel.
@randyorton393 that’s why I always park far away from other cars, I hate dents😅 I know what you mean, I think at the end of the day, it is about what is more important to you. Personally, after owning a Renault for 4 years I would never buy a Renault again, but that has more to do with maintenance costs, etc.
Great. I'm thinking of the automatic (at 65 I'm getting to that age), but I think I'll have to test drive it first. Drove a Atoz automatic and it was horrible - like a drunk driver handling the gears!@@wezilebonani
This car should win.... in that price bracket, with a proven powertrain - simple but robust... you can sleep well for many nights with a predictable bank balance. I'm looking at Suzukis just as a financial decision - managing risk. I'm done with iskorokoro
Nice strong beautiful car 🎉🎉🎉
I'm here for the looks ! That coupe feel at the back . The 4 speed worries me ....
Yeah it bothers me tol
Why??...what's cons
I'm used to my 7 speed dsg.
Driving it slow is fine but when you much over take it has to go back to 2nd and it becomes so painful,

You see the light
Ans lower it a little or stiffen that suspension

I think they lost rights to that engine hence most of all the later models have this 1.5L NA engine, that boosterjet engine wad a peach.
Straight to the point tata👌🏽🔥
Dankie Tata😂😂😂😂manual is on point
Big time, yes it has less options but it's the one with black wheels,
That price is just fine just wait for toyota to put his badge😂😂and come back to me
I know exactly where you going with this Tata
Haha 😂 also add a bit to the price then
Can you elaborate on the grand vitara hybrid failing you inmensly?

Im just waiting for the prices of Toyota Copies
Nope, this is an entirely different offering, this is a coupe style SUV

Apologies, it was in the 440s and went down as the drive went on due to the 4 Speed gearbox

The 6 Speed AT in the grand Vitara is decent but the hybrid engine kills it, the 4 Speed AT is Very old tech and it suffers.

Baffles me why Suzuki SA opted for the useless 1.5l over the BoosterJet engines. Very disappointing.
Why is it shouting?
Huh?
