    This appears more protective than the standard cornbraiding which pulls and can still damage hair and scalp. We are some ingenious and innovative people!!! I love being black African!!

    This is probably the coolest discovery for me this year. I'm always trying to improve my biracial daughter's hair with designs and I don't like doing too tight of braids on her. This is a game changer lol. Plus I get to use yarn and my mom use to spin it for her job so it makes me feel like I'll be using that specific brand in loving memory of her. Thank you!!

    This is a great protective style. I did it on my 3 year old niece but I was so slow and took me a while coz it was my first time. When I tried taking it out I really appreciated this style even more as it really weaves into the hair. However I’m scared to try this one again. Instead I want to do the flat twist needle and thread. Seems quicker coz 3 yr olds don’t like to sit for a long time. Thanks for showing us this hairstyle, thanks 🙏

    Hi Eve I did the flat twist version of this on my daughter’s hair and it was very nice but the parts went that good her hair is high density and I didn’t want to pull the yarn too tight how can I get neat parts in her hair without pulling too tight thanks your doing a great job and no you don’t talk too much God bless you 😀

    • @evemafupa
      @evemafupa  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can use a gel or edge tamer to section and make the parts neater

    So I can do my daughter hair when she wears her Mexican outfit for Cinco de mayo. She hasn't been able to wear it since we bought it because something alwayssssss happens.
    Someday I'll be able to have a beautiful picture of my babygirl in her Mexican outfit.

      Mine lasted almost a month. Well the yarn part lasted for a month. The top lasted about 2 weeks before it started to itch and you know how that goes! Lol! The next time I get it done I'm gonna ask her to do regular twist instead of the faux locks on top.

    Mrs. Eva you did and excellent job.💖😊 I want to thank you also for presenting yourself with attire👚 that doesn't distract from showing how to do the technique. A lot of our women when doing demonstration have all their anatomy hanging out and you barely understanstand what they're saying for the 🎵 being so loud. I think we forget that there are all types of people come on TH-cam and we must present ourselves in a way to respect the audience. You presented yourself well. Thank you once again John 14:6

    Another reason to cut the yarn while removing, would be that working with shortened yarn would also cut back on the amount of friction burn on the hair.
