The hallucination section in U3 on crushing was nearly impossible. The amount of time I spent dying drove me to insanity. I can't imagine playing these games on Brutal. Absolute respect to anyone that did.
When the collection come out in ps4 i platinum very quick and went to brutal on 3. The harder was the 1st game, last level on the ship when you had to spam the bottom to dodge, the ia would not give you time to take cover 😂
@@spinny003 I’ve only tried Uncharted 4 on crushing and it was obviously very difficult but it never felt unfair except for one chapter that seemed like it wasn’t even tested. Not sure how that compares to 1-3, but brutal mode wasn’t even tested and from what I’ve seen, I won’t be attempting it. There are many set pieces where you can’t even move
Having done all 3 games on brutal, Uncharted 2 was the most souls crushing for me, although the first one was pretty awful too, the 3rd wasn't too bad but certain sections were absolutely hellish, I had a lot of fun with the games but brutal clearly wasn't even playtested given how blatantly unfair it is a lot of the time
And that's the remastered trilogy, imagine actually getting multiplayer achievements on original ps3 versions. Although I don't think their are needed for the Planitum. And most PlayStation players are satisfied with just the fake completion anyway
Doing this back to back is a nightmare. I have 5 uncharted plats right now, going for 6 with the latest PS5 version. Also did 1-3 on brutal for the 100% DLC. My best tip for anyone trying is to space them out, and take it slow. You'll reset 50+ times on a single encounter, just keep learning the patterns, get those headshots dialed in, and take it one shot, one kill at a time. It's an entirely different game when it's on Brutal/Crushing
When I did these, I played it through once on normal without worrying about any trophies, then went for a crushing playthrough where I got everything - I find games way more enjoyable this way
Completly different for me i always chose the hardest difficulty even on the first playtrough as i like the challenge and its more realistic having npcs that are not dumb. im used to it and its just a fun challenge. For example games like uncharted, last of us, spiderman, resident evil ect. You also mostly get all trophys for the difficulties immiadiatley rather then playing it on normal first. And after you play on the hardest difficulty in some games you unlock an even harder difficulty after you finished the game and then playing it on new game plus then is the best.

Here in October 2024 and I’m currently on lost legacy platinum and so far the 1st game is mainly the only one I wanted to quit cause of how unfair crushing is compared to the other games. The 2nd game was my favorite platinum by far
I’m currently going for all of the uncharted platinums and I have gotten the platinum for the first and second one and I’m almost done with uncharted 3. The first and the second game was pretty easy for me but uncharted 3 three has been a pain so far but I only have two or three chapters left before I’m done with the crushing play through.
I'm going through these games for the first time and got platinum on 1 & 2 so far, working on 3 now with one playthrough on crushing done. I enjoyed 1 & 2, even though the brutal difficulties were just... insane, but 3's story is kind of not great and there were several moments one after another where I would pick up a weapon for one of the weapon challenges (RPG, Mag 5, etc) and go to the next area to use it only to have Nate drop it before the action for whatever reason. I didn't notice it before chapter 16 - One Shot at This, so maybe it happened before that point, but that's when I first noticed it. I found a T-Bolt Sniper, picked it up thinking I could use it in the next combat area and after a short scene where Nate jumps the fence and leaves Elena behind, you're forced into a chase sequence with just the silenced pistol that I had left behind a while back. Same thing throughout chapter 19 - The Settlement, three separate times I tried to carry an RPG for the next action scene only for Nate to drop it and magically have a M9 before the action started. Not to mention when I looked into the weapons unlock category to use them after doing the other playthroughs on 3, I noticed that most of the "special" weapons like the RPG, PAK-80, and T-Bolt Sniper, were not available, unlike the first 2 games where you can give Nate every weapon you can pick up along your journey. The story, both Chloe and Elena point out to Nate at different times that Francis Drake keeping his journey hidden from the Queen may have been for a serious reason and Nate's like "Nah it's fine" despite having 2 past experiences where the thing he was searching for was screwed up in one way or another. Nate and Elena were married then broke up and now back together at the end is just poor writing. Plus the last fist-to-knife fight with Talbot on a crumbling platform while everything around them was crumbling was too much. Then there's the times where bulletproof enemies rush you, forcing you into a fist fight when other enemies are still shooting at you was just downright annoying. Especially when Nate magically teleports to some of those enemies, I'd be in cover, trying to shoot someone then randomly Nate moves 30 feet away in an instant and a guy is trying to hit me. Probably an unpopular opinion, but Naughty Dog should have ended it after 2. I'll eventually get to 4, so it's possible my opinion on this will change.

The worst for me was still Lazaravich's fight but after dying like 100 times i finally got lucky xD im only missing the extended achievements but those im going to leave out because its just too much xD
i think i repressed my memory of getting these plats (i got all of the collection trophies too, which means brutal difficulty), and I can't remember all the pain this guy is showing off 💀
@user-jd6kn6ii5o yeah... the platinums aren't difficult. but brutal mode is. i could get all these platinums in the span of a week or so myself, but if i had to also get the remastered collection trophies, i would take way longer. on my first run of uncharted 2 on brutal, i streamed for a total of 12 hours from start to finish to get to the end of the game. trust me man, you're not cooler than anyone else in this community, let the guy in the video get his win and stop trying to undermine people's achievements with your below average experience. everyone i've talked to in the uncharted community who is honest will tell you the 100% experience is difficult and something to be celebrated for every player. congrats on getting the platinums man, if only you were a good sport to other people who have done the same.
@@azetenth I never said that I meant, 'Why is everyone making a fuss about it?' They were all laid down with no real difficulty. In my experience i started the 1st one on easy and then would increase the difficulty on the next. It worked great except i got stuck on some place in U4 so i had to give up xP That was my first experience in the Uncharted series and i got to love them so much that eventually replayed all the games again at higher difficulties and managed to do it. The worst for me was still Lazaravich's fight but after dying like 100 times i finally got lucky xD im only missing the extended achievements but those im going to leave out because its just too much xD
I laughed so hard watching this video xD
11:59 had no business being so funny
On 3 about half way through these games are peak
A great recommendation I have forth is Outlast and Outlast 2 full completion.
i think i repressed my memory of getting these plats (i got all of the collection trophies too, which means brutal difficulty), and I can't remember all the pain this guy is showing off 💀
I did all of these platinum's in a cource of 3 months 1-2 hour's evrey day (with brakes)… It's not realy dificult
Regarding speed, when I was doing one on brutal difficulty for DLC, I completed it in 9 hours. So, I'm not talking about the community and stuff; I don't really care. These are easy platinum trophies that, all together, took me around 90 hours for six games."
